My 2nd stay in this hotel. Good stiff mattress. Windows blinds shut with 100% darkness.

Room cards stopped working a couple of times and the hairdryer in my parent’s room was not functioning properly.

A great new modern cozy hotel 🏨 in the very center of the Old Town. Very comfortable bed 🛌 , great bathroom with in floor heating , good sized room. Very good breakfast 🍳 is served in the morning , tasty and with a great variety of ingredients. Professional and polite staff. Very very clean in all areas.

So , there were a couple of things: 1. Lack of a wardrobe in the room for clothing , actually no wardrobe at all. 2. No small refrigerator in the room. 3. No safe in the room. Instead of a classic safe they have a safe drawer , which was supposed to open with a safe code. I’m personally a very technical person , but I didn’t manage to open the safe drawer with their first opening code. I spoke twice with the customer service of the hotel and they said someone will come to fix the problem. This someone never came. 4. The parking spot. The Hotel 🏨 doesn’t have their personal parking because they are in the old city. They are working with Uni Park , a parking garage situated at 400 meters from the hotel , just 4 min by walk. I made a reservation for a parking spot for our car for 3 days. I paid the hotel 8€ / day for this - by the way , a great price !!! I was supposed to enter and go out from this parking spot freely without no problem. The big problem was that I couldn’t leave the parking spot because the parking barrier wouldn’t open ( doesn’t recognize the car plate ). Each time I wanted to leave with the car I had to wait near the barrier for 15 min. I had to call the hotel , the hotel would call Union Park , and after long minutes of waiting they would open the barrier. This is very annoying. In the last day we had to leave at 03:00 in the morning , we had a very flight , of course the barrier didn’t open so one more time I had to speak with the hotel for leaving the parking spot. I recommend very seriously the Hotel to change the parking garage. By the way at the hotel they told me that a lot of their customers have problems with this parking garage.

Great location in the lovely Vilnius Old City. Very good breakfast. Quite rooms.

The default number for safe didn't work and this problem wasn't solved by hotel staff (nor they really tried to solve it). So in the end we could not use it.

Lovely looking building in a fantastic location, rooms were modern and underfloor heating in the bathroom is great when it’s minus six outside.
