Beautiful interior design in the room and all over, the room was very sizeble and cozy at the same time. Breakfast was plenty and had enough options for everyone. The staff was outstanding, helpful, and kind.

The only minus I would give from the view from the room, but that is something you can't really do anything about as the building is in the middle of other buildings.

food is traditional Finnish and because of the supply I think they use some frozen ready to cook ingredients. we understand that due to weather and location.

Historical building with interesting decor. Welcoming, chatty, and lovely ladies working at this hotel. Spacious room and comfortable beds. Slippers and kettle were provided. Heating worked well. Free parking at the back of the hotel. Shopping mall across the street. We would definitely return if in the area again.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Not many varieties. No sauna facility.

View was awful, but they can't really do anything about it.

Excellent staff. Although i arrived late and the whole country had started a hard lockdown, they waited for me open, until i arrived and handed me the keys...and the dinner! They advised me over the phone that all restaurants were closed so they asked me what I would like to have for dinner, so it was just cooked when i got it.

Nothing to do with the hotel itself, country rules. It was a bit sad the breakfast in the morning and the dinner, al alone.

Clean and cozy rooms. I had a very pleasant stay.
