The location, although all the apartments in val t are in a great location.

I would be very wary of booking this property as from the start things just didn’t add up with the payment of the deposit. I had asked if we could pay by cash or by credit card on arrival and they said it could only be paid by a bank transfer which appeared to be a personal bank account. The handing over of the keys. We collected the keys from a lock box, one key with a fob/badge to let you into the building and one set of keys without the fob/badge. Two weeks after checking out we were charged for the missing fob/badge that was not on the keys. This charge was deducted from our deposit which had to be paid by a bank transfer, so there is no way to challenge this. On checking out a man came to the apartment to look things over and make sure rubbish bags were cleared out and to make sure things weren’t broken. The man confirmed all was good. Two weeks later they say the bags weren’t cleared out and more money was being deducted from the deposit. They also at this point said the step ladders on the bunk were damaged, another lie and more money taken from our deposit. Although the apartment was great and in a great location, I would advise you to stay away from this property on the basis that they have your money in a personal bank account for two weeks after the stay and there is nothing you can do to get your full deposit back. You are at the mercy of their comments and they will take what they can from you.

Fantastic location very near to ski slopes and to local shops and restaurants. sizeable ski room with individual locker for property. Good communication regarding check in.

Restricted headroom in bedrooms such that anyone over 6ft tall unable to stand in rooms. Bathroom would benefit from a holder on wall to mount shower head. Would be nice to leave a few essentials for guests eg soap, salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil.

Good location. Just a short walk across the road and you are at the slope. Walking distance to everything you need. Close to ski rental. Great value Accomodation for a group. Good communication from the host

It is a fairly small for a 3 bedroom. The upstairs level has a very low ceiling, and can feel very cramped. We had 4 people and probably wouldn’t recommend much more than that. The requirement to pay a deposit via bank transfer is a bit of a hassle. And the requirement to rent linen after you arrive can also be annoying after a long journey
