the breakfast was ok, but need to put more options, i would like to have more space around the tables. the location is fear and good to locate

the house and the option given to select was fits us. the house atmosphere that we could be in as group that was very good i will love to be there again if time permits

Big room, Full kitchen, place to Park the car, well secured

The facilities was adequate and located close to Spar (the most convenient place to do your basic shopping).

Of our more than 7000 km trip through Namibia, Huis Klipdrift was by far our worst experience. The host Lukas was extremely rude. When enquiring about when our laundry will be back from the cleaners (we needed to leave early the next morning and they confirmed that it will be back the same day), he indicated that he doesn't think it will be back in time. When I raised the seriousness of this issue, his blunt answer was, and I quote: "That is YOUR problem." Thanks to a dedicated worker on the premises, we did in fact receive our laundry in time, but then Lukas wanted us to pay additional for the laundry service even though the full amount was settled at check-in. Later that evening we found a very unapologetic letter with the additional money he made us pay in an envelope at our door. But instead of taking responsibility for his mistake and rudeness, in the letter he went on to blame the same worker who went out of her way to help us. Maybe he forgot that I was standing in the same room when the worker tried to explain the facts to him, but instead of making an effort to listen to her, he would shout at and belittle her in front of me. That poor lady was sobbing when we found her a few minutes later outside the premises.
