The location of the apartment is really prime, right in front of the beach side. The bathroom and room are spacious and modern.

Was a surprise to not have a stove since the name of the establishment is apartment, so we could not cook meals. However, it is true the information does not specify a kitchen, next time we need to read better, no fault of the owner :)

It is only 50 meters to the beach. Several places to get a beer or coffee or a pastry, also only 50 meters away!

The electrical connection for the air-conditioning was not up to standard.

Place was nice

Ana the property owner was very unprofessional and not polite at all, firstly when I get to the house she tell me that the 1 bed house i booked has no hob and suggested to move to the studio which I accepted, quiet nice studio indeed, and told me if I should request the apartment change on booking for the price difference, which I was not able to as on that same day all the houses that were available were quickly sold out. I am meant to leave the property on the 25th January, but i received a message from Ana asking if i have left the property with no manners, then I politely reminded her that my booking was until the 25th and then I suggested Ana to stay another night for the price difference, which she never responded to my message or phone call, then the cleaning lady comes and I explain to her that I was waiting on Ana response, and she was very nice and also called Ana on her mobile which did not pick up. After an hour or so, Ana calls me shouting saying " who told you to stay at my property for another night?" Now you have to pay 45€ as it is past 3pm. I have done so many booking i have never seen anything like it. Forgetting that she owned me for the flat change, from a 1bed to a studio. Horrible customer service, and I want my money difference for the other flat.
