The owner was very pleasant and accommodating to our stay! The house was very clean and it was in a great location. We will definitely stay here again!!!

The Big House was the perfect location, size and arrangement for our 3 generation family lake week-end. Everyone had their own space but together time was awesome. Dana was available for any questions about anything. There were several "extras" that were a pleasant surprise. Our family also enjoyed a reasonably priced boat rental at the marina conveniently located around the corner. (Book it in advance!)

Amazing time at this wonderful lake house. The owner was great with communication and always made sure things were good and gave us guidance on things to do while not on the lake. Everyone had the best time and the property was perfect for our party. Will definitely be looking to come back!

We had 10 people and the house was plenty big and had all we needed to enjoy our weekend. Dana was great to work with!

House was very roomy. Large bedrooms and large living spaces. Kitchen was adequate. Would have liked some empty cabinets for storing food I had brought from home. Found the pantry later. Deck space was wonderful overlooking the lake.

We had four people in our party (two adults; two kids), but could have easily accommodated several more people without issue. The house is big enough and laid out to where several people can have their own space without tripping over one another. The house was very clean and well appointed and is situated on a large lot on one of the best locations on Lake Sinclair. This area is not as developed as some of the other lake communities around metro Atlanta, but this property is located very close to grocery/shopping/dining options as you can get, without being in a congested area. There are two separate residences that share the dock / boathouse, but we never had any interaction or issues with the other residents. Our daughter is a student at GCSU, so we regularly come down to stay for a few days throughout the school year. This property will definitely be on our short list of locations for future visits.

Great house on Lake Sinclair. In town for a funeral and this was a great home base for my family. Had everything and Dana was great to work with.

The owner was really helpful and responded immediately whenever we had a question. Our group is hoping to return next year for a weekend on the water. The Big House was a great experience for our family gathering. We all enjoyed the house. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and more. The house is spacious and well maintained. The host was awesome inanswering questions and helping us get settled and even suggested area restaurants. Our favorite spot was the amazing back yard and boat dock with space to gather, lounge, fish, and easy swim with the wade in feature and host provided rafts. There was room to park our personal pontoon for the weekend with easy access to main lake from the dock. The sunset over the lake visible from the back of the house, patio, and dock was spectacular.

Wonderful time at this lake Sinclair home. Great location to town and multiple marinas. Don’t have a negative thing to say. House provides a fun time with very nice open water views

Excellent property! We were a party of eight adults and 4 children under the age of six. There was plenty of space and having a bathroom for each room was fantastic!! The location was perfect with outstanding views of the lake. The sunsets were phenomenal. The swimming area was perfect for the little ones as it was not deep water.All appliances worked properly thouthere was an issue with the ice machine. We just filled the ice storage with store bought ice and it worked out for us. This was a nicely stocked house. The back porch facing the lake was spacious and had plenty of seating. We brought our poker table and we had plenty of space for it as well... The host was great. Lots of communication. We will return for sure and/or rent some of her other properties! Great place for large families. You do share the dock with the residents of the duplex B and C however this was not a problem for us. They were very respectful of our time.

The property was great for a family weekend at the lake. We had 3 generations with us and the house was a perfect fit. The downstairs king bed suite with a walk-in shower was great for the grandparents, while the upstairs room with bunkbeds and 2 queen beds was great for the grandkids. The kitchen was large and more than sufficient for all the meal prep we had for a group of 7. Highly recommend the house!

The house is a very short drive from groceries, restaurants, everything you might need. The host was very informative and responsive. The house itself is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

Sooooo glad we found this lake home! We were in Milledgeville for a wedding with family/4 adult couples. This home was PERFECT! 4 large bedrooms, each with their own bath, which was fantastic! We had parking for each couple as well. LOVED the view of the lake - sipping our wine on the beautiful deck and watching the spectacular sunset. Our son-in-laws snuck in some fishing from the dock in between the wedding festivities. The home was very spacious - we had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to cook a couple of meals, but also enjoyed several local restaruants! The decor is very unique and true to picture, but we were there for the lake views, which was A+!!! Dana was VERY prompt with her communication and check in was flawless! Love how she personally checked on the property prior to our arrival and we ejnoyed our welcome basket of goodies! I would definitely stay here again and hope to be back in the near furture!

Dana, our contact, was amazing. The house inside was beautiful but needs a lot of TLC, the pictures looked way better than the property, which was a bit disappointing. The properties around the house were not the best, which made us think that the area was not safe. The house was not clean by my standards, which are pretty high; under the sofas, a lot of dust. I needed the washer and the dryer and the dryer was full of towels that I had to fold, and there were dirty towels on the laundry. However, to be honest, I use a lot of rentals and the majority of them have the same issues on offering a "real clean" space. We had a great time, but I probably won't rent the property again.

My family and I stayed at Dana’s for 3 nights for a wedding. We were too busy to get to enjoy the house as much as I would’ve liked but it was the perfect setup for 4 families and we had a lot of room! Dana was great and very much available if needed! Highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time. The house was a perfect fit for all of us and the view of the lake was beautiful. The welcome basket was a nice surprise. Our granddaughter wants to go back when the lake is warm so she can swim.

What a beautiful lake and home. We really enjoyed the dock and the kayaks. The covered seating at the dock would really be appreciated in the heat of summer. Everything in the house was so comfortable, lots of space and it felt like visiting a friend's house.

This house was perfect for our out of town family to stay in while here for a wedding! Location was great!

Very spacious house. We had 3 families (10 ppl) and tons of room for all of us to sleep comfortably. The private full bath for each room was a great bonus. A nice easy slope to the water and the dock was great to lounge in the sun OR move into the shade. With smaller children, the shallow, sandy swimming area was PERFECT and the stairs leading into the water made it easy for the grandparents to enjoy. The house felt like home for the week we were there. Kitchen was well stocked. Dana was very responsive before and during our trip. Close access to the Marina made it easy to launch the boat and we were able to tie the boat at the house dock each night. We had a great time Kayaking to a little island close by (my niece calls it sparkle island because the sand around the island has sparkle in it :-) ). House is in an inlet, but close to the larger body for great views from the dock or the house porch. Because of its location on the water, we did have seaweed collect in the swimming area. They supplied a net so we got a little exercise and removed it each AM, so, it was not a huge hassle. Overall would definitely rent again!

My family and I have been unable to get together for over a year and we were looking for a large enough house for our big group, plenty of activities for both children and adults, and a relaxed, comfortable environment. This house fully exceeded those expectations. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, it had a great back porch/backyard and access to the lake. We grilled out, rented the kayaks (which I highly recommend), and rented a pontoon boat nearby (which I also recommend). Dana could not have been more accommodating and available to answer any questions and to offer up ideas. I just wish it were a longer stay! Many thanks to Dana & Lake Sinclair for giving us the getaway that we all needed!

Great location for all our venues

Dana was a perfect host! She personally checked on the property BEFORE we arrived and let me know exactly what we could expect, which was refreshing. The house is great, the beds are comfortable, and there's plenty of space. We rented from Sinclair Marina, cooked burgers on the grill, and overall had a great time. The neighbors are closeby, but as friendly as can be and fun. Would definitely rent again! Thanks Dana!

This property has a shared dock which is specified on the online description, however we did not know this meant we were only allowed 1 water craft or 2 jet skis. This was disclosed in the checkin instructions. Had we known of this limit we would have looked for a different place. The owner was kind enough to allow a second boat to be docked. I would recommend adding the watercraft limits to the online listing. Great dock, deep water, bedroom and bathroom space for a large group was great though. Definitely close to town. And a beautiful view!!

The location and views of the lake were perfect! The dock and water depth was very nice for keeping our boat at the house. Dana was very responsive. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

What a great place for a family vacation! The layout of the house was perfect for children and grandchildren with 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. The covered dock allowed us to enjoy fishing even when raining and the shallow swimming area was perfect for toddlers! We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets every night. The owners were easy to work with and responsive to our needs. We will definitely be back!

Our family stayed here with our three kids as well as some friends and their four kids. The property owners, Dana and Joel are fantastic to work with. The house was an excellent size and immaculate and the boat dock was perfect for the kids who swam constantly. We were able to rent a boat nearby to take onto the lake which was only about a 5 minute boat ride from the house. The lake was beautiful and all in all we had a fantastic weekend and will certainly be back. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We all had a blast. Thank you to Dana and Joel again.
