The location was amazing

only a small thing - there are two many fluffy cushions. There must of been 25 that needed moving out of the way, not sure why they are even there.

The location was great, the property had outdoor Space which was great for my 5 year old - he played outside everyday. The apartment is ski in, ski out and it’s a lovely place. We have just got back and about to book again for next year!!!

Excellent location, very short ski down to the Bois de L'ours and then off for the day. We went the first week of the season, had great snow, great weather and only had to queue for a lift once. From what we saw on one visit, 1950 is probably the nicest of the 'villages' but to be honest, we'd be quite happy to stay at any of them. There's a well stocked supermarket opposite and it didn't seem overly priced, you might save a few euros stopping at a hypermarket on the way, but it certainly isn't necessary. We took the snow shuttle to Arc 1800 one evening to have a go on the night time luge and it was definitely worth it, the bus takes a while as you have to go via 1600 but we made a night of it and ate there as well. Food and drink options in 1950 were great, I think we ate at all but one of the restaurants and they are all pretty good French mountain fare and not overly extortionate. Overall, very impressed with Les Arcs and can't wait to return.

The 'facilities' at Les Prince des Cimes were a bit of a disappointment, our apartment was lovely and well equipped but the pool, sauna and gym were a bit of a waste of time, tried them once and didn't go back. Didn't affect the holiday at all, but if you're expecting to lounge around in the outdoor pool, you might want to think again, it's luke warm at best and a bit run down. Wouldn't put us off staying here again, but it was a minor disappointment.

The owner was really helpful and answered all my questions really quickly. It was great appartment for me and my 2 boys. Washing machine and big fridge a big bonus:-).
