You can walk to everything, but also if you are like me and have a hard time adjusting to the altitude it was an easy drive to park. The hot tub has a great view of pretty much everything. I’m pretty picky on my mattresses and I was comfortable. I have four kids, and they loved having their own area upstairs. Bathrooms in every room was convenient as well. Having a garage was nice to keep our suburban out of the snow. If you want to get on the slopes, it’s a convenient walk to the gondola. We had a fox regularly come to the home which was pretty neat. The house was very well thought out for your needs. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a comfortable stay.

Bring back the bar stools. Open the foosball sleeping area or change the max capacity to 8 as there isn't enough beds without that space. We booked 2024 tonight and look forward to it. Thanks!

This home was the perfect layout and location for our family of 5. With 3 beds each with private bath, laundry room and comfy furniture we had plenty of space and comfort. We walked everywhere on Main St from the home, and the hottub views were spectacular! The garage parking was super convenient also. We will definitely book this whenever we return to Breck.

Enjoyed the close proximity to town - my family of 6 adults and 2 dogs fit comfortably in this home. Two car garage. Easy access in and out. Cool mountain air mornings sitting on back porch looking at Mountains was fantastic- we would definitely come back and stay- my husband said I chose a winner with this rental!!

The leather ottoman in the living room is torn and has holes; it's frustrating the rental company oversees this and chooses not to update the furniture. One sink in the master is clogged, the bed frame in the other master rattles and the door to this room does not close, this room also has touch-up paint all over the wall that's a different color than the wall color. The ceiling lights in the master also do not work. The rental states they have TV service set up for you but they do not. The patio furniture is broken; there are three folding chairs on the main deck - one has a hole in it and another is so wobbly you can't sit in it. There are two other bistro chairs that have cracks and are completely rusted. There is also trash all over the exterior of the home. Overall, the home seems pretty neglected by the property company.

This is an outstanding property. Easy walking distance to gondola. The heated garage is a bonus.

It was a trip to celebrate my sons 30th with family and friends. Great for the 30 something’s who could either eat out or eat in. It was easy to walk home for lunch then back to the slopes to finish out the day. It is within walking to grocery and restaurants. The location was perfect for people on different schedules to just come and go as they please. We had a little thing we needed from the host, and it was taken care of very quickly with texts. Awesome!

Location couldn’t be better! Walkable to everything you need during a wonderful ski weekend. Will definitely book again!

Hot tub water was low, grill didn't heat up despite us having to switch propane tanks. Upstairs mattress too short for adults.The upholstery on the Futons did not look clean. Rental agency friendly and responsive but we got tired of asking for help every day. Great house for 4 adults and two kids if better prepared.

Ski vacation, Feb 2023. The Victorian is located 2 blocks from the Breck Connect gondola--just walk out the heated garage to the lifts. Hot tub was essential and worked well and was clean. Bedrooms were all nice and comfortable. Our dog Reggie was very happy that he was able to accompany us,

We only had 5 people and it was great if we would have had anymore it would have been pretty crowded in the kitchen and living room. Would definitely stay here again!!

The Victorian was the perfect place to stay. Just a block off Main St. so no reason to get in the car, just leash the dog and head downtown. The house had everything we needed and was so comfortable. We loved the view of the ski resort and ability to step out onto the deck and feel like we could touch the mountains.

Top notch place - 2 blocks from the Gondola, 50 yards to Main St. Comfortable furniture, great kitchen, SUN, all amenities. Skiers paradise.
