Really cosy, well furnished and close to the main area of the Film Festival

A very nice apartment with everything one needs for a longer stay (kitchen, washing machine), etc. Several restaurants, cafes and boulangeries around. Beaches are not far. Very quite bedroom, perfect for sleeping. Beautiful Sunny terrace.

it’s the best apartment I stay in Cannes, much bigger then on photos, super clean, great design, decorations, near beach and supermarket and restaurants, beautiful apartment, have everything for comfortable stay . recommend!

Very quiet, on a nice square where they play petanque

Le Petit Magellan is located amongst some great restaurants and close to the beach. My wife and I traveled there for Cannes Series, a television festival, which is a beautiful 30 minute walk back towards the train station/bus depot at the Théâtre Claude Debussy. This property is tucked away in a more livable residential area with a small square, and it's perfect if you don't want the noise and crowd of the various touristic beach clubs along the main strip. There are great little food markets very close to the property, as well as a fish monger, if you're interested at cooking for yourself. It was a bit windy and cold when we stayed, but there is a large balcony in the flat. Instructions and arrival could not have been any easier, and the property owner is a terrific communicator.

location was good. shower and bed were also good

electricity/lamps were bad (flickering lamps) and at some places the electricity did not work. I also did not like the “French hospitality”. there was no coffee (not even for one day) and no tea. I paid more than 400 euro per night, so you might expect something

I really liked the apartment, it had a very nice feel to it. At first, the kitchen appears small but it was fine for what I needed - there was also a washing machine in the bathroom and a tumble drier on the balcony. The Smart TV was excellent and I enjoyed watching an old series of Shipwrecked from YouTube (the whole series) during the evenings.
