Very good stay! The apartment was well equipped, spacious and the location was great. The host was helpful and provided very good tips.

Xavier is a great host giving lots of additional information to us regarding days out, what to do, and even restaurant recommendations. The apartment is perfectly located for exploring and an easy walk to the main square for access to restaurants/ bars, etc. Inside the apartment is perfect. Everything you need for a nice break. Beautifully decorated and clean 2 bedrooms. It was so easy to relax and enjoy the apartment. Particularly nice was the boat ride over to Villa Real San Antonio ( Portugal) again recommended by Xavier. If you are looking for a nice location and a beautiful apartment with easy access to tour Southern Spain and Portugal, then I could 100% recommend Panoramico Guardiana Atico.

The only negative is that there is no lift and 2 flights of stairs. It's not a problem for us, but if you are not very mobile, then it would be difficult. The view is worth it,though .

The apartment is spacious and really well equipped - there is all you need in the kitchen. The main room is very light and has a small terrace with a beautiful view. There is a big rooftop terrace Javier from the company Vacation Ayamonte was very kind and helpful- he answered quickly on Whats app and fixed some problems. We will recommend a fantastic restaurant near the appartment: it’s called LPA, they serve delicious food in beautiful surroundings to a reasonable price.

The rooftop terrace could be more comfortable and cozy. Some of the chairs needs to be changed. The system with the cluvet in the beds isn’t good Second floor without elevator is a problem if you have big suitcases The number isn’t 67 a description- in fact it is number 97 on Avenida Andalusia

Very clean property located close to everything you need for a great holiday. The owner Javier is an amazing host and made sure we had everything we needed for a successful stay, he provided local information, recommendations and was always available via WhatsApp for anything we needed. Our unit was equipped with everything we needed, very private and quiet (busy street but not a noise problem). Free parking is just across the street and we never had any problems finding a spot. kitchen, fully equipped. bathrooms, everything you needed bedrooms, everything you needed laundry, everything you needed deck, everything you need to relax information, all local attractions pamphlets available right in the unit. When we go back to this area, we will definitely rebook with Javier.

Can’t complain about much, however, to be fair, I’ll say the hot water for the showers takes a few minutes to arrive as the hot water tank must be far, but once it arrives you have plenty of hot water.
