Enjoyed our weekend at this duplex. Very clean, easy access to everything in Havasu. Wonderful to have a patio to enjoy morning coffee each day!

Great location, close to everything. A beautifully decorated home with everything we needed. It was wonderful to be able to bring our dog with us and she had a fenced yard for her enjoyment. The beds were very comfortable. We would love to come back to stay again. Thank you for sharing this awesome home.

Great location close to everything, loved hanging out on the patio each morning, kitchen had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable. web site just needs a small update on the guest bedroom the bed has been changed from a bunk to a queen bed. thank you for sharing the house we had a great time.

Traveling for work, my dog and I were in need of an extended stay in beautiful Lake Havasu. We found this lovely place. Beautiful quiet neighborhood right off the main strip. Very clean, comfortable and cozy.
This place has everything you need from dishes to laundry machines, a great back patio to enjoy the sunset. It even has as grill, just no propane! I really enjoyed the access to the garage! Also there is a vacuum but no broom...with tile floors...idk maybe I'm the weird one on that.
Check in was at 4 but I had received no information on where to go or how to get in until about 6:30 when I finally called the 3rd party booking agency. I then needed to request a late checkout, knowing several days early, I called the local 'host manager' multiple times with no answer and left messages explaining my woes but got no reply until the day of checkout, 2 hours before checkout!
Though I really enjoyed my stay, due to the hassle's of trying to get in and out of the stay, I will not be staying with them again.

Extremely clean and well stocked for pretty much whatever you might need. Really appreciate that they are dog friendly! Only drawbacks were huge closet but few hangers and very limited drawer space and tv was really difficult to navigate. Overall we loved it and would consider returning!!

A friend of mine and I came over for a bass fishing tournament. I was really concerned about my boat parking. The garage was super long and wide and worked perfectly. The duplex was set up really nice and the yard was great for my dog. I will stay there whenever I can.

Cute place, nice big garage for parking. Easy location for getting around town. Quite street.
Would have been nice to have better communications the day of checking in.
We will be letting our friends know about this place.

Over all very good …sliding door leading outside very difficult to open and close ..bath water in 2nd bathroom didn’t drain properly and the WIFY sucked big time …but didn’t stop us from having a pleasant experience..things that can be resolved easily

Greatly enjoyed our stay. We do a lot of VRBO‘s in Lake Havasu and this is one of our favorites really enjoyed it.

Excellent location staff easy to deal with. Property needs some updates. One of bathroom sinks was broken. TVs in bedrooms did not work. Sheets on bed where worn out and needed to be replaced as did the Master bedspread. Decorated nicely if just spend a little on some of stuff I mentioned would be great

It is a nice property but furnished in antiques. Not my style and made me very nervous that something would get damaged. The kitchen could definitely use some LOVE. Stove and oven were very dirty.

The house was all, an even more, than we expected. Our fur babies loved the backyard. We were very happy with the location - close to everything we needed. Evlove did an amazing job. We will definately use Evlove again. Have also been telling our friends about Evlove. Thank you!

Small condo but sufficient for the two of us plus our dogs. Convenient yard space sufficient for letting them out to potty. We didn't cook much but there were plenty of dishes. We loved having the garage -- super spacious and plenty large for our 20 foot boat.
Suggest bring your own pillow if you prefer fluffy ones; the ones I think the master were a little flat for me. Hubby didn't mind them.
Really convenient location for the marina -- just a few minutes straight down and easy to navigate.
Suggest breakfast at the Red Onion -- great spot!

This 2bdr/2 bath home is located close to medical and grocery facilities. The home is decorated nicely, very relaxing, and very clean. It was so cute I even imagined my furniture in it. The view of the mountains from the patio was gorgeous. I loved this home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great area and great stay.

Nice Place - Close to my Dad's House
I rented this place, because the ad displayed a nice, clean little duplex in a great location for my purposes.
This was close to my Dad's house, but also close to restaurants, the bridge, etc.
Everything was was expected and hoped for.
