Modern, very well functioning unit for a family with 2 kids. Close to the slopes.

It was clean and comfortable, sauna was excellent. The location is good, but although slopes are near, we still used car because all of the equipment.

We had booked two apartments under one booking and also did our reservation many months ahead. However, my family was separated in different houses as far away from each other as possible. We tried to tell reception that we had kids and you are separating a family, but they did nothing. One evening we had no electricity, took all evening to get it back. Then we lost WiFi and we didn't get it back until our trip was over (for 2 days). Customer service does not answer calls, nobody calls you back even though it is asked by machine during the phone call. Finally got contact with customer service through Facebook, but as it is a corporation behind Holiday Villas, they basically said that they are not in Himos and can't help us. All in all our holiday was partly ruined.
