One of the cabinet doors was rigged on the cabinet and came off after opening the first time. The ice machine leaks, so we had to rig water to drip into a cup but ice still go into the container or else the water would leak into the ice container and freeze it all together, or in the bottom of the freezer. The shower caddy is really gross, replace or clean. Soap scum and mildew all over. The sliding door lock is broken at the handle, only the bottom lock works. Touch up paint and a new toilet seat might be nice? TV was great, elevator great, parking easy. Will stay at the breakers again, just not this condo.

Great location and walkable to restaurants and grocery store. Bikes were great addition to rental I addition to beach chairs and umbrella.

This was our second time in Hilton Head but first time at Breakers. Location was perfect. The condo was perfect for a couple. Very well equipped. Bed was very comfortable.

The location was PRIME! The staff was excellent. The actual unit could use some care and upkeep. Utensils in the kitchen we’re old, dirty and not many of them. The air conditioning was terrible. When you adjust the temperature, the floors would get moist, like you had just mopped. Very sticky temperature. The dryer vent was so old and had a hole in it that, ruined my pants. I had draw string pants that got caught in the vent and the staff had to come in and remove the vent and I could not use the dryer for the rest of the stay. The Tv was not set up when I arrived, another member of the staff spent over 2 hours hooking up Roku in the unit. Location was PERFECT and the staff was unmatched. I would stay again, but in a different unit.

Condo was accurate and well described in listing. Bed cover was dirty and needed replaced. Dishes in the kitchen needed cleaned and Sanitized. Bathroom was smaller than expected. Overall great place to stay with small family or couple.

Very nice, couldn’t be a more convenient location. Right on the beach. We walked and biked to restaurants and Piggly Wiggly. Never used our car once. Having access to beach bikes was a plus. The beach chairs they provided were new and had backpack type straps for easy transport to the beach. Internet speed was horrendous. Had to use our phone as hotspot if we wanted to stream anything on our computer or tablet. TVs are nice and new. Great value overall. Wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 people. The downside of the convention location is a very crowded beach.

My husband and I stayed in Hilton Head for our first time and loved it! This location is perfect - can walk / bike to shopping and restaurants. Anything you want is right there. The condo had everything we needed. The views were perfect!! I liked to watch activity in the pool and beach. Comfortable furnishings as well. Recommended for sure.

You can’t beat the location. You’re a minute walk from restaurants, shops and the beach.

Great view, unit was clean and as advertised. Internet service was suspect,but I think that was more on Spectrum. Elevator was great for us senior citizens. Complex seemed secure.

Overall this was a great rental but I’ll break down the + and - as I know reviews help me decide. Positives: - location is the best. At the oceanfront and next to all the shops, grocery and restaurants in short walking distance. - The chairs on the deck were awesome! - the view of the ocean was perfect from our room. - the owner doesn’t overstuff the unit with lots of crap you don’t need. For example: 7 pasta strainers. There is one set of dishes, pots and pans, glassware, stemware, etc. - the owner has good style with pictures and decorations. - the couch seems new and is super comfy. - love the open concept design of kitchen. - the owner has brand new amazing beach chairs!! I’m going to buy myself some. She has 2 umbrellas. Nice things to have available. - the two bikes the owner supplied are fantastic!! They are high quality light weight beach cruisers. - they try and make good use of a small space. Negatives: - the place is small. More than 2 people would be tough. - it’s not the cleanest of places. It needs a deep clean. The surfaces were okay. The floorboards were nasty and it just felt kinda ick. - the Bed spread and shams prolly haven’t been washed since 1982. I stripped them and shoved in hall closet. Thank god the owner had an extra feather comforter for the couch pull out available. We used that. - the spatulas and some of the 40 sharpe knives had rust all over them. - there was only one regular knife that goes with fork and spoons. - there was a dead roach when we walked in. Lol - they need to leave a couple of shelves in pantry with nothing on it so we can put our food on it. I had to rearrange stuff to make it fit. - the bed could be replaced. It feels “broken down” but they did put a nice topper on top so it wasn’t uncomfortable. All and all - I think if the owner stays here for a week themselves, they would see these small changes that need to be made and make it happen! Cheers. :-)

We brought 4 teenage boys for a week long stay! The house provided plenty of space, the pool was the perfect place to cool off, and the short bike ride to the neighborhood beach access was effortless. Everybody had their own space, as well as a great area to gather as a group! Easy access to restaurants, shopping and grocery for cooking in the open and well stocked kitchen. The private feel of the neighborhood left us with no worries about giving the boys the freedom to roam. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had, and were super helpful! Great spot for families with all ages…we highly recommend it!

When we got there we were pleasantly surprised. The condo was relatively clean. The bathroom sink could have been a little cleaner, but overall we were pleased with the cleanliness. The view was great. The unit has been updated nicely. The furniture was in good shape. The balcony chairs were very comfortable for relaxing in the evenings. The TVs were new. The bed was hard as a rock. That would be my main complaint. I didn’t get a decent nights sleep bc of the bed. It could really benefit from a better mattress. The mattress on the sleeper sofa was much more comfortable than the bed. A couple items needed repair but really didn’t bother us. The cabinet door in the kitchen where the dishes are was off the hinge and would fall off and the towel bar in the bathroom would fall off the wall easily. These things didn’t bother us much and we told the realty company they needed repair. We had a very nice stay overall. Once the elevators are completed it will be a much better option for vacation. There are 46 steps up to the third floor and that’s killer with luggage. The steps aren’t much fun either after a long day on the beach. Just something to keep in mind for people who can’t do steps well. The breakers is located right at the public beach access. While you are right across the street from Coligny Plaza, the beach is extremely crowded in this area. That is something we were not aware of coming for the first time. Overall we were pleased with the condo and our experience. We had a fantastic family vacation on HHI.

Great location near the Coligny area of Hilton Head. View of the ocean from the deck and access to bikes and chairs! Definitely would recommend staying.

It was good condo with easy pool and beach access. Stores were very close. Only issue was there was hard time taking everything up to the 3rd floor from the car because no elevator access. Cookware and utensils were very old and dirty. Not enough blankets and pillows.

Property was very clean, pool was heated and as close as you can get to Coligny park/shopping. I would stay there again for sure.
