Tout était parfait Francis nous à accueilli chaleureusement, à répondu à toute nos attentes. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la Casa berriel 1, literie parfaite, cuisine et petit coin salon, belle vue le silence. Le jardin et la piscine décoré avec soin et goût.

Beatriz and Francis are so nice and helpful! Property is perfect! Every single detail is thought out etc. We had a bad weather though yet all the beauty and lights around the palm trees etc made it so nice! Very relaxing place!

It was a bit tricky to get there- no taxi was going through the straight route, neither it was easy for them to find the correct address. Also, that the heating was only available with a payment. And the machine took only the small coins aka cents… So, if you do not have a wallet full of coins, it’s not gonna work!

No negatives at all the hosts are attentive and considerate and nothing is too much trouble.

The location is actually nice, albeit that it is not near the ocean. The town Tias nearby is nice as well with good restaurants and a great grocery store.

The sign "no toilet paper in the toilet" gave us pause as putting dirty toilet paper in a waste basket is unsanitary. The view from the room was onto a closed gate of the property and the car parking lot. Unless you're staying in one of the other units, you'll have to stand up to see the ocean. We left the following day as the agent was not understanding our concerns and then got slammed with cleaning and laundry fees, plus 20 Euros for a banana, a bottle of water and a half bottle of wine (which we took as a welcome gift). One night ended up costing us 165 Euro. And bring a lot of 1 Euro coins because you will have to feed the AC every 3 hours! What a rip-off!
