This was not my first time at Skorba, and the location always stays close to heart. The eco-shop down the road is absolutely convenient and well stocked

Awesome place in the middle of Mgarr countryside, just few minutes drive to the beach. The room was extra-furnished with a kitchenette with a small fridge and all required to prepare a drink and a quick microwaved meal or some toasted bread (but a bottle-opener was missing!). Nice bathroom with big shower and good pressure water.

Unfortunately parking is on the road, and the mattress in my room was way too hard for my back, otherwise I would plan to go there every weekend, as it is the ideal get-away from the town chaos!

A wonderful place to stay! Very cozy place with a nice cat, named Asia. Beautiful garden with a great corner fun sunbathing and spendind dome good time. Down the road is a great organic shop with very good prices and a lot of plant based options. Definetly worth of visit!

Too little kitchenware - we only had one knife, one fork and a spoon. Some of the utendils were broken.First two days we also had an issue with water pressure and hot water, but everything worked out perfectly!

Pretty, spacious room in rural property on quiet road with lovely garden & views. Excellent organic shop close by with high quality produce. We had a delicious dinner at Verbena, a restaurant 10 minutes’ walk away near the church in Zebbiegh and Tasty Corner in Mgarr has wonderful sandwiches, pastries, salads & goodies for lunch.

Nice lush garden

Nobody to welcome you. Located near the noisy highway and below the flight path to the airport, no need to bring with you an alarm clock, our favorite Airlines will do the job for you from 6:00 am. Inside the well named The Barn you will find two chairs but, be careful, one is completely distroyed. In the bedroom two beautiful lamps but one is out of order. If you want coffee don't forget to bring the coffee machine with you ... As well brush and sponge could be usefull, nothing is provided. All that for more than 100€ per night ... 🤔🤔

Location, quite and peaceful. Superb facilities in room 1. Asia the cat was a lovely extra. We have 7 cats at home on the UK and it was lovely to have Asia's presence. The courtyard and garden was pretty.

No air conditioning. Hard to sleep at night with heat and noisy fan. Absence of sun loungers in courtyard. Would benefit from a small swimming pool.

Location was quiet good if you have rented a car, as its max 15 -20 min to mos places. room was spacious and barthoom quiet good.

it was dirty! small lizzard came in (nornal as we were on a farm house) but when we moved the bed to try to catch him we saw LOTS of instects! some alove some already dead… plenty of dust balls and then when looked under mattres we found bedbugs. we had booked for 3 nights but as we couldnt coup with it left the night we find all this and had to book another hotel last minute! still waiting for refund!!!

Nice location and aesthetically beautiful

HORRIBLE, WE HAD TO RUN AWAY OVERNIGHT Accommodation in the summer becomes too hot, an oven. Cleaning was probably skipped for a while, spider nets everywhere and floor very dirty. Water from taps doesn’t flow properly, impossible to have a proper shower or even brush teeth.

The emplacement and the garden are amazing. Our room (#3) was decorated with a great taste. The cat, Asia, is a cheerful animal and probably the real owner of the place!

The equipment is poor. No aircon despite the heat wave (July), a very noisy fan, no TV, a lovely bathroom but without any intimacy (no door), a poorly equipped kitchen. Outside, in the beautiful yard, no umbrella and a table with a broken leg. It's a pity... If you read the other comments of the visitors you will reach the same conclusion.

Great location one can easily reach by car or by taxi. Great rustic setting, very quiet, big green space outdoor to enjoy the day, nice terrace. The organic shop nearby is great - quality is top, but very pricey.

We would have appreciated being met and welcomed by the host when we arrived. Noone was appearing for a few days. I understand it's a rustic farm, but cleaning could have been done better - there were nets here and dead insects here and there. We couldn't find any kitchen towels or napkins to use, nor bags for the rubbish bin to change. For a person sleeping on the sofa, it would have been nice to still have sleeping (not decorative) pillows and a light cover provided. We would also loved to be provided with more details on the places to eat or shops nearby so we could stock for breakfasts. The big disappointment was to see a bottle of Fairy for dishwashing, while the place is promoting all things organic and bio.

The place is really nice and authentic. It was easy to find and check-in was very convenient. Location wise is fine and you can get around anywhere, also being surrounded by trees and fields were eco fruits and vegetables are being grown. The room size is sufficient and also a small kitchenette is available, while the inner garden is absolutely amazing !!!

The floor needed to be swept, the WiFi code on the leaflet in the room is different to the WiFi code sent by the owner, so that’s confusing

Amazing location - quiet and tranquil. All the necessary kitchen utensils available. Spacious and comfortable.

As we visited in march, the apartment was a bit cold and damp. It was ok for us though as we are from a northern country.

This place has a fantastic feel, as if you had left 'tourist' Malta behind to travel back in time to stay in a rural environment that is difficult to find on such a populated island. As well as your suite you also have an outside area to eat and read in as well as a more modern touch in the lighting effects around the place, all very tasteful.

It is a bit out of town and a bit difficult to find if you only have intermittent internet, this can present a challenge at the end of the day if arriving on foot or by bus.

The rooms cleanly and spacious, well equipped and full of character, the outdoors stunning - overall superb! The organic and eco-friendly shop down the road is also a perfect, convenient touch

Nothing to say

The location is gorgeous; and the cat is adorable :-) The studio is a refurbished shed with AC, a kitchenette, table and chairs and a sofa. The bedroom is upstairs. The outside area is very nice and private, with comfy furniture and lots of flower plants.

As it's a former shed, there were no windows so it felt a bit closed up, especially when outside the sun shines. One of the gas burners was full of water, so we had to dry it first before we could use it. It's a decent room but in general, I would not call this a DeLuxe studio, as other apartments in the courtyard were bigger and cosy, and nicely decorated.

we loved the limestone and the space. it had a wonderful courtyard with a table under a roof - great for the rain we had experienced. the rooms even came with dishes and a kettle so we could prepare our selves some tee and a little breakfast

we had a little trouble finding the key at first but figured it out eventually. also there is little to no network reception an the WiFi didn’t work. the location was also a little isolated but a 600m walk brings you to the next grocery

The accommodation was lovely, we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay here again. We had the lovely company of Asia the cat, who is adorable. The location is great as well, peaceful garden area.

There was issues with internet in the whole area during the days when we stayed, but that was not the fault of our host.

Location amazing, the building fantastic (both the interiors and the terraces, garden, open spaces). There was also a nice shop next to the building, selling organic products including their own grown vegetables

Everything was great really, only things: in our studio there were no dish drainer, no kitchen towels. Also not enough places where to hang clothes and bath towels, etc.
