All the necessary arrival instructions were sent to us in the e-mail well enough before the stay. All the time somebody was writing to us and kindly asking if we needed something. Nothing was a problem (earlier arrival, recommendation a car rental company...). On the top of that, their representative Antonis Ch. was incredibly helpful and kind and altogether we had a perfect holiday. The building is a bit older but the apartment was perfectly clean and well equipped and thanks to the care of the company which rents the flat we spent a perfect holiday!

Pool area needs cleaning better sun beds two broken

We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, which was great as we arrived late at night. This was a spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor which also had a good working lift. The tv was a smart tv. It had a good size balcony with table and chairs. Plenty of seating and eating space inside too. There was washing machine, a large fridge freezer and fabulous cooker and microwave. There was very effective air conditioning. The pool was a nice size and very accessable. The location, for us, was excellent. Approx 500m from an excellent beach, approx 500m from local bars. Plenty of good greek tavernas near by - i.e. Pinas and To Linios. A bus stop within walking distance to catch bus to Protaras. Fabulous board walk all the way from Pernera to Protoras. We were able to have a late check out at no extra cost.

Overall the apartment was excellent, however there were a few small things that could of been better which would of made our holiday that much better. 1. There was no sign anywhere indicating it was called apartment Nemesis. 2. We only had one apartment key - it would of been easier to of had 2. Especially as it would of been easy to accidentally lock ourselves out. 3. The satellite tv was very temperamental. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't 4. The hairdryer was very small and in very poor condition 5. There were 6 sunbeds around the pool, 5 of which were damanged and badly torn and were in very poor condition and made the pool experience not as good as it could of been, as one of us had to lie on a ripped sunbed.

The apartment was like home from home with everything we needed. Great holiday would definitely recommend and visit again. Thankyou for a lovely stay and bottle of wine and water on arrival.

Beautifully kept apartments, very good Wi-Fi, we particularly liked the welcoming bottle of wine on the table as we got in late.

The water pressure was a little low for the shower plunger valve to stay selected to shower - sorted with a clothes peg! The airport taxi driver had problems finding the address, as there are similarly named apartments in the area, in addition to there being some road works that messed up our printed directions

Out of all the places we stayed this was the only one where a host or representative didn’t come to meet you, which was a bit disappointing considering how hard it was to find despite a detailed description from the owner. All taps had hot water to brush your teeth.
