This property was perfect for the two of us. It was ideally located within easy walking distance to restaurants, beach, shops. The neighborhood was very quiet. The place itself was comfortable, great bed, all you need in the kitchen, nice shaded patio area. This was our first time to Gulfport, we found people to be very friendly, enjoyed our time there.

We were only there for a week but it was ideal for us as it was a spacious, nicely decorated beach vibe place and it wa only a very short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and although we did not do too much cooking the lovely kitchen had everything you need and more! We enjoyed eating breakfast on the porch, which had a nice tee top feel. Thank you Elizabeth for a very enjoyable stay!

The few hiccups encountered were quickly addressed and the home was fabulous and all you could possibly need to enjoy wonderful Gulfport or nearby St. Petersburg.

The Sand Dollar was perfect! Clean and fully stocked. It’s walking distance from the main ongoings in Gulf Port. We will be back!

This get away was lovely. Spacious apartment and private yard. Our dog quickly acclimated and loved was walking in Gulfport. It has everything you need and more. Less than 5 minute walk to beach. Shops and restaurants.

This attractive, little apartment tucked away on a quiet alley in Gulfport was more like visiting someone’s home than staying in a vacation rental. The furniture, the kitchen amenities, the bedroom linens, the window treatments…all were high quality, nothing at all like some rentals we’ve been in that have been furnished by the Goodwill and haven’t been upgraded in years. Yes, it’s true that the entrance is on one of Gulfport‘s ubiquitous alleys that run through the middle of the city blocks. But, unless it’s important to you to sit on your front porch and watch people go by, this little oasis is extremely comfortable, conveniently located to Gulfport’s waterfront district, and well equipped — absolutely the nicest rental we’ve ever stayed in.

My husband and I recently enjoyed staying at the Sand Dollar in Gulfport, an upstairs apartment (which we like) with a private, gated courtyard. This apartment had the nicest little kitchen for a rental that we have ever used. It is perfectly located just a block or two from downtown Gulfport and we hope to stay here again in the future.

Close to all restaurants and activities. Located above a garage, with only entrance from an alley. We were unhappy to return home after dinner in the dark walking down an alley past trash cans and debris with a flashlight, and guests had to come down the alley to visit us. Sun porch had view of the alley. We felt isolated when in the unit. The patio and outdoor furniture needed an upgrade and hammock was too dirty to use. The patio was surrounded by 8' tall fences. The half bath was a toilet in the laundry room. Hostess was responsive and helpful. However, we left before our lease was up because of the location. We will not give a non-refundable deposit in the future without the exact address and location of a unit.
