Facilities.. Toiletries not provided, morning coffee starts at 7.30, not clean

It's the worst ever experience in any hotel. First thing, we always have to pay at the time of check out. These guys will take in advance, you can not even see the rooms before paying.second point , staff used abusive language with us. I booked room for my family members, I was doing everything online and on call , he called me agent . He crossed the limit. Stay was even more horrible. Food was worst.Serivce is worst than any dharmshala. Please 🙏 don't try this hotel. Even at same time one more visitors had abusing conversation with them and they left. Fully a trip spoiler.

Broken Taps, Broken European Toilet, Poor Cleanliness, TV not working, Blankets not thick enough for the coldness, unpleasant Staff behaviour when asked another room, room full of house fly, toilet sitting is congested

I have not received the room which I had booked. As per my booking the room should have seating area, ward robes, etc. Though the room which hotel offerred had not the same. It was a single small room.

This is ridiculous.
They are saying this order does not contain free breakfast.
But i have checked it and my confirmation is also showing free breakfast.
They have provided the room with unchanged bedsheet.
No shower in the bathroom.
No hot water.
Timely meals order.
Meals are served on Broken dishes.
