The towels looked as if they were dirty/used, whuch probably could have been better if they were rewashed because I know they seen what I seen when they were folding them. The floor in the washroom always was really wet after a shower because the shower itself only have one door on it instead of two and no floor towel was given to use to wipe it up, this would have been better if we had a floor towel. There was no mop or broom left in the room so if you wasted or spilled something, it was challenging to clean it up.. The refrigerator was small and couldn't hold much so having to make store runs every two day was frustrating because we had to cook breakfast, lunch & dinner, I wanted to stay 10 days but I couldn't keep paying a taxi to take me to the supermarket every two days, this wouldn' have been so bad if we ate out much. The toliet was dirty & the bottom of toliet as well was dirty which was very disappointing. Majority of the issues were on the cleaning lady.

I liked the room/apartment. It was spacious, the bed was firm, very bright, nice balcony & furniture. When I did ask for cleaner towels, mop & broom, trash bags & bleach to clean the toliet, it was brought to me in a timely manner. The room looked exactly like the photos. With a few tweaks it would be perfect.

Good located, close to Ocho Rios Bay Beach. In general clean and good equipped apartment, adequate value for money.

Bedclothes seemed not fresh, unfortunately.

The apartment and location was great.The staff we came into contact with were very friendly and pleasant. I have recommend sandcastles to a number of people and with stay there again.

The towels and sheets were not changed frequently and the air conditioning the living room did not work properly. Was reported but still wasn't fixed. And it can do with a new fridge and more cooking utensil required..The lock to the balcony door in living room needs repairing.

The apartment is very spacious and does feel like a home away from home. It's very centrally located in Ocho Rios town so easy to find places to eat, a supermarket, souvenir shops and the beach nearby. Hotel staff all friendly and seems like a good work culture. There is a restaurant right in front of the apartment complex so conveniently located. There is a TV in both the living room and bedroom.

Whilst the apartment was in a generally good state, I think the sofa could do with a good deep clean as it smelt a bit musty. There was a kitchen, however no washing up equipment for plates and cutlery. WiFi is only available in the apartment and not in the wider complex which would be ideal.

The place was amazing. It was comfortable. The room was awesome. The grounds was clean. I liked the pool and the bar setting. Somewhere I'd visit again😁

Breakfast did not come with the room so I can't rate that. The place was easily accessible. The AC in the room works well. The apartment was cleaning and we'll laid out. It was comfortable enough.

In settings such as these one cannot rate the external as shortcomings are beyond the owner's control. What is though is the interior. Perhaps thought can be given to stop using the current air freshener as once you get in the apartment it is so overwhelming. I know the the plan is to provide a nice smelling place. Also you could consider upgrading the toilet to a higher one as persons with knee issues may have difficulty getting up as it is so low. Another thing is to ensure that floor mats are placed but the shower as you can fall getting out. You will need to take wash rags and extra towels as only two are provided.

My stay was amazing! The entire room was cleaned we had everything that was needed. The host was even there to attend to our every need we felt welcomed. The check in and out process was really smooth looks exactly like the photos. It's home away from home definitely 10/10

newly redecorated looks just like the pics. good Location. the patio had a good table and chairs. could see the ocean from the patio through the palm trees! 😊

the bed was very very hard. they could add a foam piece under the sheets for more comfort. definitely am sore from sleeping on it. the sheets were to rough. need softer sheets in these rooms and I’ve stayed in 4 rooms. they all have hard rock beds and rough sheets. this room is away from the loud DJs at night too.
