Lovely house in the middle of Southwell.
2 bedrooms on ground floor, 1 double en suite and 1 single/ double with large family bathroom situated on ground floor as well .Large lounge with comfy sofas and large TV and well equipped kitchen on upper floor.
Lots of information provided on things to do , eat etc
Coffee,tea and milk provided , a nice touch..
Becky the host was so accommodating and friendly, great communication.
I would definitely recommend and stay again
The shower in en suite quite small but didn't cause a problem

The service from Becky was exceptional and she was always on hand should we need anything. The property was an amazing find and will definitely return when in Southwell. The property was spotless and extremely cozy

Good base for visiting Southwold (particularly the Minster) and surrounding area. Availability of private parking. Property well cared for and equipped. Extra touches as a bonus (e.g. milk/tea/coffee provided on arrival, books/DVD's/children's toys and puzzles for entertainment).
Nothing to dislike as property was well both equipped and looked after.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the centre and there was so much to do within a ten minute walk. The accommodation was fabulous. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the decor of the place. It was so tasteful and we felt at home from the start. The Host left us apple juice and milk as well as a plentiful supply of tea and coffee. We were there for a church event at the Newark Show Ground which was wonderful but full on so we were very glad to be able to come back to the Stables every night and relax.

Spacious kitchen area. Bright, high-gabled living area. Very central. Spacious living room.
Easy to get to via train and frequent bus from Nottingham.
Plenty of information on walks etc. at accommodation. We went to the Workhouse, National Trust property within easy walking distance. Very interesting place. Do take the guided tour if you can at 12.30 each day. Very informative.

Property was exceptionally well stocked with all the little bits that make a difference; tea, coffee, milk and even cling film.

Comfortable apartment which was bigger than we expected. Located in a nice town. Instructions for arrival were very useful given the entrance location. Host was very helpful and atentative without feeling intrusive.

The property is very light and airy, it’s very well equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay.

Loved everything about the stables. The accommodation was wonderful, roll top bath! What a treat. Everything you could want or need. Large TV with Netflix etc. Location Brilliant in quaint Southwell and Becky could not have been more welcoming.
