This property has very nice, small terrace overlooking hills above Budva. Terrace has no division between next door neighbour’s one. No privacy however IT is nice to have docent view in Budva.

Property is super expensive given poor quality of service and cleanness of the room. Property is very small, private bathroom is old and worn. I would recommend complete renovation of the bathroom. Shower is small, towels are old and do not smell good, toilet paper is recycled. Room furniture is outdated and worn out. Sheets and bed are not comfortable, nor visually appealing. TV has several programs only. Air conditioning is blowing directly to your head once in bed.

very close to old town. Amra, the room owner is very kind. She helps you when you need. however, I dont suggest the restorant part because we did not like the food. Anyway, all the staff and room opportunities were cool, see you next time

It was clean. Great shower. Nice breakfast

Breakfast in restaurant was good, the manager was very friendly to us and kind. It was easy to get to the sea. They have bidet in bathрroom.

Apartments in reality looks different in reality. I mean the photos are correct, but in real life they not look so good. Apartmets was dirty: shower drain was clogged(i asked to clean it up, but nowbody came), in the kitchen was empty peanut jars from previous renters, on blanket was some dryed gel, black mold in the room ceiling, the shelves were not wiped, the cupboards were dirty with leftover food, for four people for four days they put one and a half rolls of toilet paper, they didnt provide breakfast in the day of leaving(restaurant was closed and nobody notifyed us), it was very dark in the rooms(bc the chandeliers were very old and dusty and there were not enough bulbs). Please don't use hair dryer, it warmed(backside of the hairdryer was red, bc iron got hot) and we felt melted plastic in the room. I totally do not recommend to rent this apartments, i dont know why they have so hight raiting. I was totally dissapointed.

The accomodation was lovely. Great location.
