Мы были на автомобиле, поэтому расположение относительно пляжа особо роли не играло. Рядом с кондо есть кафе, массажки, 7\11 и тд. Пешком до центральной улицы не далеко. Ходили один раз пешком на пляж, так как мы любим гулять пешком, показалось приемлемо. До the coffe club и Starbucks 11-15 минут пешком. (Для любителей вкусного кофе). Очень понравилось, что через три дня проживания, нам сделали уборку и поменяли полотенца. В квартире стоит хорошая стиральная машинка с сушкой, для климата Таиланда, очень удобно. Постельное белье и полотенца чистые, без пятен, в хорошем состоянии. В самом кондо чисто (за исключением дивана), диван был ужасно грязным, нужно менять обшивку или хотя бы застелить пледом.

Квартира требует обновления мебели, столешня на кухне с пятнами, обшивка дивана очень грязная, нужно либо менять, либо застилать пледом. Кровать шатается, если кто то один переворачивается на другой бок. Матрас ужасно жесткий, но к этому привыкаешь и спишь в итоге хорошо. И да! В душе плохо сливается вода.

Not very good instructions given by owner for check in ,take 30 min to get key and doesn't state on Booking.com you have to leave 1000baht security deposit and also pay for electric on check out

This is not a hotel, so cleaning just 1 day pr week, that also mean clean towels and change of bedding 1 time a week, but pricing was very nice, and location very very nice :) Very nice and communication with staff , big + :) Had no issues at all, motorbike rental and clothes washing very close by, also trip arrangements and so on, so locationwise is the best, also room was ok :) They dont serve breakfast or any food here, but its closed by all kind of food and restaurants and bars and so on, so no problem at all :)

cleaning more often would be nice, thats the only negative if you can even call it that, but for this price it doesent matter, because price and location and an ok room was all we needed.

Don’t expect too much service facility. A clean place, Nice staff and nice location Price are good. Very recommend for family with kids

The room is spacious and bright. It’s nice that there’s a full kitchen to use.

The smell from the bathroom was terrible. It was a sewer type smell that permeated the room, it was awful. The gym wasn’t great and I didn’t like how they will only change towels once every 7 days. The pillows on the bed were way too firm and too large so it was impossible to sleep comfortably.

Very comfortable apartment. Good amenities. Friendly and helpful cleaning ladies. Parking. Security + cameras all over the building. All the stuff for living provided

The check in ladies are not so friendly. The windows facing another building. Not very clean gym. VERY high pillows
