Good location in the centre of historic area though it was quite hilly to access. Very good communication via WhatsApp. Very spacious.

It is quite basic.. no toiletories / facial tissue. Bathroom was a bit smelly due to the old sewer system (I believe).

Great location, nice studio. I recommend Ancona for family holidays.

The flat was great for our short stay. Very cosy and clean. Bed is comfy, had a good sleep. The communication with hosts was very good. Antonella, Raffaele thank you again for your help and patience. Ancona maybe a smaller than we thought, but it's very beautiful! Not many people speaking english, but we always found the way to buy a food or ticket. It was a quite a experience, in a good meaning. Grazie mille!

Stairs! There's a lot of hills. My legs aren't used to climb 🤣🤣

The property is high on a hill in the historic district, handy for visiting the cathedral, for views and photos. We rented room #26 partly below ground; it was cool on hot days. The host responded quickly to questions about shopping, etc.

We arrived on a rainy evening. Had to take a bus to a hotel to pick up the key, then a taxi to the bottom of a long alley of steps, then haul our six pieces of luggage up to the door in the dark. It is not possible to drive to the door of the property. It was a long walk down the hill to buy groceries and then back up with the groceries. There were no kitchen towels and no dish soap. We washed dishes with shampoo and dried them with a hand towel from the bathroom. The floor had not been properly cleaned; our slippers picked up quite a bit of hair which was not ours. There was no sofa, which was shown in the photo and listed, just two very low beach-type chairs and four kitchen chairs. We are in our 70s and should not have rented an apartment with the bed in a loft--our mistake.

Only location was good.

The apartment is very moldy, it smells damp and musty. There was no soap in the bathroom, and there was hair from previous tenants on the bed. A lot of worms in the evening. Cutting boards in the kitchen very dirty. Shower also with dirty grout. I do not recommend. Early check-in is not possible, even by 30 minutes ...

Apartment is very spacious and very well equipped. Very comfortable place to stay. It is a little far from the centre but it's worth the walk.

Couple of disappointments, such as shower drainage v poor; just three small old cups in kitchen.

The hosts are very nice and facilitate you to get the key. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, close to the city center.

The flat was fantastic. The location on the top of the hill in Rione San Pietro is fantastic despite it is might seem to someone as “off-centre”, though it is absolutely the opposite. The dusk at Catredrale di San Ciriaco is amazing as well as Parco del Cardeto or Matas and Pizzeria Paolo. The design of the flat was done well. The mattress is extremely comfortable, the air conditioner is a lifesaver under 38+ hot. 3 night flew by fast in the Torriglioni’s place :) Separete great thanks to Raffaele for the instraction and additional information :)

At the morning of check out there was not hot watter at all. From the point of view that it is a flat to rent, not a hotel, it could be a couple of more things in the kitchen, like sugar, salt or coffee. some of the sockets were not working. Please, consider this as a genuine feedback, but not a nasty comments about about the property 🙂

Drinking coffee in the terrace on the top of the bulding, surrounded by 1000+ years old roman buldings is the magic moment. All the rest is just nice addition. Definitely recommend, very close to a beatiful viewpoints.

The appartment smelled like it was not well ventilated. Cleaning could have been better.
