It was a lovely place in which to stay with our own private patio. We had everything we needed and the host was extremely helpful when necessary.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel's location is very comfortable: few minutes walk from the marina, where you can enjoy the walk beside yachts and boats, and even buy fresh fish, few shops are around( including great icecream across the street), and 5 minutes walk from big supermarket. City center and beach promenade are very close. Room itself is very clean snd comfortable, and has all you need. Bruno, the owner, is always there for you to assit, and not only with the thing related to the hotel. Highly recommend!

Outdoor space

This is a self-catered apartment, ground floor. The location was perfect for my needs, the Internet worked very well, all was as specified. A portable air-conditioner/cooler is available, and we kept it on all nights. The host is very caring towards his guests, and we felt very well served.

A bit dark during the day and occasionally noise from the street during the night. This did not affect the quality of our stay there at all, though!

The place is a building with a few apartments, located in the old town, not far from the port and the beach, about 10-15min walk. A similar walk to the Rossini theatre where most events from the ROF were held. A 5 min walk to a supermarket where one can get just about everything one needs. Many places to eat and small shops near by or on the way tot the town center. I got a one-room apartment with a large double bed and a couch (can host 3 people), a kitchen with cooking facilities and fridge, a bathroom with WC, bidet, shower, sink and a washing machine; also a lobby. It was located on the basement floor, at street level, so no stairs to climb. It has a small tv and a good wifi network. The host, Bruno, was very nice and offered us bikes for free (they are widely used in the area). The furnishing is good and functional. If one travels light, one can reach it by a 15-20min walk from the railway station, but with luggage a taxi is advisable (it costs around 10 euros, depending upon the number of persons and suitcases). There is a network of buses in Pesaro and some pass not far away from the villa, but I rarely needed them so I cannot tell very well how they are working.

There is no air conditioning - this should be less of a problem if windows were left open, but the street is very noisy due to constant traffic, including during the night. I had to use earplugs to sleep, but it was ok with that.. One thing, not related to the property but to the area, is that most shops and restaurants are closed during afternoon hours - this is a widespread practice in Italy, so those visiting should be aware about it. The beach is not very far away, there is a small free beach and a wide area with paid one, where sunbeds and umbrellas can (and must) be rented.
