A great apartment in the heart of Bologna. Alexandra could not have been more helpful.

The location, close to the city center, restaurants and public transport. The house had everything, very comfortable and cosy. A 10/10

Cleanliness, spaciousness, comfortable beds, friendly and accommodating owner. There was everything in the apartment that a traveller would be in need of.

No elevator in the building, but the apartment is only on the first floor; so this was not a huge deal.

The whole package is very well put toghether.

The bed linen could have been nicer.

Bathroom cleanliness could be better. It was advertised as having outdoor space but there was no outdoor space.

Spotlessly clean, well decorated and the location was excellent! right in the heart of the old town. very spacious apartment as well, throughly enjoyed our short stay. Alex was an absolutely fantastic host. Unfortunately did not get chance to meet her in person but so so helpful and always there if needed.

Smart, comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. Very helpful hostess. Would gladly recommend as a great base for a stay in Bologna.

Slightly more traffic noise than we expected but not a big problem, windows provided good insulation too. User instructions for the aircon woud be useful though easy to work out once we found the remote!

It is very central, only a few minutes walk to all the must see sights, Alexandra was very accomodating to our late checkin- it was seamless, she gave us amazing recommendations and allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout she even called a taxi for us to the airport- even though she had an appointment to go to, she also gave us complimentary water and local wine for our one night stay! The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, we stayed on the ground floor which was perfect and quiet. This was a gem to find, I would 100% stay at this apartment again, one night was not enough, until next time.

Fantastic central location. Quiet apartment with a nice terrace. Easy walking to restaurants and bars. Host left us well supplied with tea and coffee and a bottle of wine.

Very small bathroom, the door didn’t open fully so access was problematic. Apartment was for 4 adults but sharing facilities would have been very difficult as bathroom was through bedroom and (bed) settee in living room was very uncomfortable. Only a sheet and we were very cold at night, we found a small blanket in a cupboard, but no other bedding.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Borgonuovo Apartments! We arrived earlier than the check in was scheduled for, however Alessandra was kind enough to give us the key code to let ourselves in and to leave our luggage. The apartment had everything we could have needed (and more) and is very spacious and comfortable! Location was perfect as it was located in a quiet street, within the city centre. Bonus points for the lovely decor! We look forward to booking this place again upon a possible return to Bologna!

We had a very good stay. Alex and Leonardo are exceptional hosts. The flat is warm and welcoming, the location is incredible!

The apartment was in a lovely location and our host was so lovely and warm. She also helped us organise a parking spot nearby which was very helpful. We really enjoyed our time in Bologna!

Really nice furnished apartment with lots of room. Has all the amenities you can think of including a smart TV with netflix. Alex and her son are really friendly and accomodating. Gave us lots of places to check out. They also held our luggage for us until our later flight.

The property is well equipped and well located with such an amazing host.
