The location in the old Antibes, near restaurants and shops...

The place is very small, with a shower and a small sink upstairs that was leaking day and night with no door, just a curtain, and the toilet downstairs in a small place with no ventilation. Congratulation to the photograph... We did not meet the hosts, they let the keys at the apartment and when we left we let the keys in the same place without any interaction with them. The worst surprise was when the host asked us, via whatsapp, if we saw two pictures that seems to bee dissapeared of the wall. In addition, although we were 2 adults and our 13 years old daughter, we only received 2 big and one small towel. If you travel with a car, the parking is a big problem, a parking for a day is very far and is difficult to carry all the luggage to the apartment.

Very cute and a nice place to spend the night, very clean.

No ammenities like soap or shower gel. No water available. Linen was ill fitting and rough to touch, just a small touch but nice sheets really make for a good experience. There was also mould on the shower curtain. Please specify in the future the apartment or maybe have a sign on the door of the apartment? As you specify a white door upon check in but I assumed this was the white door from the street, not the door on the level you are staying - it does not look like an apartment door when you reach the third floor. I recommend a sign so you don’t bother the neighbours.

Property was cute and the place was comfortable.

The property wasn't ready when we wanted to check in. They messaged us saying that the property will be ready in an hour . I checked the lock box and it still wasn't ready an hour later. It was finally ready an hour ish later. The place had an issue when we were there as there was no hot water. He then claimed it is fixed and that we just need to wait an hour. We wanted for more than and hour and the water wasn't ready . At that point it was already around 6-7 PM. We had to get ready for dinner at 7:30 and was forced TO SHOWER IN COLD WATER. We told the host the water still wasn't hot and they said they were going to come. At that point i waited WAAY TOO long since the time i wanted to check in (good thing i didnt check in at 2 PM or I would have been asking for a full refund at that point) . I asked for a partial refund as property wasn't ready by 6-7 PM when we were allowed to check in at 2 PM. They denied my request. Most unprofessional property I've been in.

Location, cleanness, very quiet building

The only downside of my stay was that there was no toiletries at all, meaning I had to use the hand soap (there was little left) to take a shower. For a €45 cleaning fee charge I would expect a little more. A bottle of water in the fridge would be nice too. Bed pillows were really couch pillows.

Centrally located and very clean apartment, recently renovated. Friendly host who actually did whatever could be possibly done to arrange and supply such a small space to suit the guests' needs. Location is great, two steps away from Place Nationale.

The apartment is rather tiny, situated on the second floor in the attics of an old building and the access to the apartment is on a steep, narrow staircase. This Duplex is on two levels, the interiour staircase to the upper level has no handrail and could be dangerous for small children or elderly people. WC toilet is on one level, shower and sink are on the upper floor. Air Conditioning is installed only upstairs. However, the host tried his best to compensate these shortcomings of the property by offering good service and all the basic facilities.
