The apartment is very well located, right in the center of Lyon. There is no free parking with the apartment, but there is a paid underwound parking 2 min by walk. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor of an old building with high ceilings, without lift! we had 4 suitcases and it was a nightmare to bring them all upstairs. The entrance to the building looks a bit dirty and dark, but maybe it's because it's old. The apartment itself is pretty tiny with a kind of entresol with 4 beds (two single and one double, but one of the single beds was very hard and uncomfortable). Another bedroom had a double bed. The windows give to the inner yard (patio) and there is the kitchen of a restaurant on the ground floor (noise and smell in the morning). there is a kitchen in the apartment but we did not use it. The bathroom is fine, with a walk-in shower. the washing machine is situated right under the sink and it's not very comfortable, especially for young kids.

Dark apartment. There were bedsheets hanging from doors (I suppose they were washed after the previous guests and left there to dry), but that looked really weird and definitely not welcoming. We only stayed there one night and left in the morning, so I cannot say much about this apartment, but I am happy that we did not stay longer. I wouldn't return there again.

Good location for city centre.

Car parking with a roof box very difficult. Apartment is in a block of multiple apartments, and noisy through the night with people coming and going. Not much ventilation through apartment.

Location wise this can't be beaten. Right in the centre of Lyon with all the attractions literally seconds walk away.

No Air Conditioning. The apartment was way too warm - 3 small and ineffectual fans just pushed the hot air around. It did have 2 bedrooms but one is a an open area above the kitchen/living room so when kids go to bed everyone has to go to bed. Parking here is a complete NIGHTMARE. We had a car with a roof box which was too tall to go into the nearby underground parking. So we had to remove it and carry it in. Also, parking for 2 days cost approx 70 Euros!! Don't book this if you are driving here! Finally, it is 4 stories up with no lift so be prepared to get fit!!!

The property owner seemed to be a nice guy. The appartment is really practical - with two floors and many beds. Nice bath room.

The bed sheets were used.... just disgusting!! We arrived late at night - exhausted with our young children. The fridge was not cleaned either. Not nice... I don’t think sharing pictures is appropriate so I won’t share them. There were roadworks in the street, so it took almost an hour to come near to the place. Just terrible. We could not park in the nearby parking garage because of our roof box. We had to park in the street with people who want to use your car as a pee pole... just crazy!! I slept in de car because of the unsafe street and my car and personal belongings in the roof box being in jeopardy. I had the worse night of my holiday (we would move on the next day to our final destination more south).

Location, location, location. Within 15minutes or less by foot you were about anywhere in the city of Lyon. Apartment was clean and had all amenities, including the small stuff such as soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, towels, etc. - Nothing to complain about.

The mattress in the bedroom was a bit too hard for our taste... well, we survived.
