réception was undergoing refurbishment. Lift wasn’t working and we couldn’t use service lift as I was assured we could. I informed the hotel that my husband had problem with stairs, he is 85 years old, and was assured there was a lift.

Breakfast was excellent,beds were very comfortable, & the free hot drinks were very much appreciated.Location was very handy for travel to the airport.

Perhaps hot breakfast such as bacon, eggs tomatoes etc.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and good location if you only need a place to sleep. If you are into sightseeing beware that the Hotel is not located central and you need a car to get around. Also, if you are allergic note that there are carpets in the hallway.

Facilities not as advertised. No mini bar. No cafeteria. No soundproofing. Could clearly hear conversation next door. No instructions for tv or air conditioning. Cheap thin toilet paper. No glass. Booked twin room then told I had booked only 1 guest which was not clear when booking. Travelled extensively and first time this has happened. Def not value as could have booked superior hotel for less. Breakfast good.Would never come back.

Extremely friendly staff and a good welcome. Cleaners very efficient and tidy linen. Free small hot drinks from dispenser 24 hours.

Breakfast extremely expensive for what was on offer. Hotel location amongst industry estate. Limited or no outside space. Basic and didn't compare to the sister hotel in San Gabriel Alicante.

Simple but what you expect.

There was no parking in front. Breakfast didn't look that good, we skipped.

Once you knew where it was it is very convenient, comfy beds and lovely staff

Spotlessly clean, good room facilities, wardrobe space, great bathroom, friendly staff, easy check in and check out.

The view over the filling station left something to be desired. The breakfast was uninspired and uninspiring. the AC was freezing even on the lowest setting and there was no blanket or quilt in the bed so I had to sleep in a sweater. The outside noise, light and mosquitoes didn't allow me to turn off the AC and open a window.

Comfortable bed and decent shower. The room was a decent size and was very clean.

Over 50 TV channels, not one of them for non-Spanish speakers. The bar wasn't open at all and neither was the cafeteria. The hotel had no restaurant, so there was nothing to eat or drink after breakfast, and there was only a McDonalds within walking distance which was of poor quality. The breakfast was of the cheapest quality and very limited. The ham was processed and the tea was from a machine and undrinkable.

Good location and very handy for the airport. Room clean and comfortable with no noise. Good nights sleep. Staff excellent. Added bonus is the free tea/coffee in reception area. Def recommend for overnight stay

The value for the money is good. It is easy to access the hotel from the freeway. Parking was free and convenient. The staff is pleasant. The room was fine and clean. Overall, a serviceable place for a night or two.

It is not close to the heart of the city. It is a simple hotel without any special charm.
