We have stayed at this house for 5 out of the last 6 years for are family vacation. The house is big and clean and has everything you need for every member of your family. The backyard and pool make this property paradise! Absolutely beautiful and private!!!! And if that isn’t enough, the walk to Vanderbilt beach is less then 10 minutes!

This large and very accommodating home has all the room and included amenities that one could want and all the necessities for some serious beach time if needed. The backyard, pool and spa area is a personal oasis of privacy and tranquility and the home’s location puts it a short walk and a very short bike ride from the sand. The only negative I could even think of is, if your group contains more than three couples, as ours did, two parties will have to share a bathroom. Eric was very accessible through our stay and when I pointed out that the beach umbrella available was no longer functional, he had an umbrella delivered to the home within 45 minutes. Overall it was a 5 Star visit for us and we’ll be back. Steve

The home was exactly as advertised - plenty of linens, lots of toys and beach equipment. The pool was fabulous and great for young children as well as older kids and adults. Homeowner was very responsive to questions and a couple minor issues. Walk to the beach was very manageable and there is a public parking ramp nearby. Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay and would love to return again.

This is our second time staying here and once again, it did not disappoint. Walking distance to the beach, and the house has everything you could need for every age. It was perfect- we hope to be back again!

This house is perfect for a family! Our group included my husband and me, our 3 daughters and their husbands, as well as 4 grandchildren aged 1-5. This is a great family house - very accommodating to the kids. Having the 2 pack and plays was a great convenience! I believe there were high chair/boosters too, but we didn't use them. We came down a couple of weeks after hurricane Ian had fairly well decimated the area, so it was great that we had the pool, since the beaches were unavailable. The pool and attached hot tub got a lot of use! Plenty of kid toys/floats came in handy. The beach would have been a bit of a walk, but there was a cart in the garage for lugging paraphernalia to the beach. The bed arrangement comfortably fit the exact amount of adults and kids we had. Another adult or older child would have had to use the "futon" in a more public area. The first-floor bedroom that appears to be a twin bed with a trundle can also be made into a king bed, which had already been set up for us! The two bedrooms on the first floor need to share a bathroom. Communication with the owner was easy both before our trip through the Vrbo system as well as after we arrived via text. I don't hesitate to recommend this home for a family.

Very clean home in a family friendly neighborhood. Supplied with lots of beach items from chairs to a paddlesboard. Beautiful pool area. Owners were great when we arrived the washer was broken but the owner kept us informed on delivery of a new one and even provided a laundry service to help with out. Would definitly stay here again.

The pool is not big but very cosy and we enjoyed time relaxing there! The were issues with conditioner… and the response of Elena was very quick! It was fixed! Elena is always in touch! Grill worked great-for us it is very important as we like to cook all together! The beds are pretty comfortable! The silence around is perfect. 15 min to the nice beach and we rented cabana for 25$ a day! Several restaurants nearby. The area is the prime! Tennis courts are nearby! So thank you Elena and Eric -we will be bacj with pleasure and great memories!

Thermostat was way too cold overnight and was locked with key code. Bikes and beach umbrellas were in bad shape but most rentals don’t even provide them so still a plus. Overall very nice house in good location. We had fun.

Vanderbilt Beach was beautiful! The house was perfect for the size of our group. We all loved the pool and all of the special touches of the landscaping. There were plenty of linens and kitchen supplies, a beautiful new grill and fire table. Spacious home for a large group and we enjoyed our week there!

Capping off a 38 year career in Social Services and Public Health, we planned a trip to celebrate my retirement (including myself, husband, oldest son's family with children 11, 9, and 6 AND my sister and her husband, grown daughter and baby boy of 9 months). This beautiful house had it all...all things for baby such as high chair, walker, floating toys, crib AND all things to entertain tweeners. The views at the ocean were another level.....we saw dolphin, manatee, lots of fishing, and the water color was indescribably clear and blue/green/teal. A quick drive and you're in uptown shopping, unbelievable landscaping, views from the pier. We had the BEST week and when I get home I can start planning our next trip. I am retired. There was an extra fridge in the garage which was very nice as we used it for our drinks. We enjoyed the pool every day and used the spa/hot in the later evening. We rented a golf cart for the week which was awesome to tool around and go back and forth to the beach. The place was clean and comfortable. Good location to Vanderbilt beach. Great location. And we had beautiful weather. The home was remarkably clean and is well provisioned. The owners are very easy to work with. We had a small issue with getting a couple repairs taken care of timely. That is the only reason for less than 5 stars.

Plenty of space, beds, rainy day entertainment, beach and pool accessory’s, bikes, strollers, anything you can possible think of for a toddler and baby….including the fountain in the pool! So much is within walking distance or just a very short drive. Owners were wonderful; very quick to respond if I had any questions or concerns. Whole family said they enjoyed themselves and definitely would love to go back… Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric and Elena’s home! Our party consisted of 6 adults, and 4 children ages 1, 3, 10 and 12. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures and sparkling clean! We had plenty of space for the 10 of us. The backyard felt like our own private paradise in the middle of a quiet residential area. The beach was a 10-15 min walk and we appreciated the provided beach chairs, coolers, wake boards and sand toys- not to mention the cart we used to carry everything out to the beach. So convenient! The home had EVERYTHING we needed for the young ones! Literally all. the. things! We appreciated how many towels (both beach and bath) the home had as it seems like any time we’ve stayed elsewhere there’s never enough. Eric and Elena were easy to reach and super responsive when we had a couple of questions throughout the week. This was a beautiful home with all the amenities in a lovely quiet neighborhood- yet still within a mile of a Publix, restaurants and drug stores and walking distance to the beach. Absolutely cannot beat it! We loved it so much we booked it again for next year! :)

Beautiful property. Interior clean and comfortable. Lots of extra bedding and towels. Problem with ability to control 2 thermostats solved by owners. Kitchen provisions average but very disorganized. Pool was beautiful but very dirty with debris and water unsafe for swimming upon arrival despite owner claiming pool was cleaned day before. Pool cleaned on day 2 and chemicals. Pool cleaned and serviced again on day 5 and water found to be unsafe again. Again treated. Pool cleaner and owner both said apparently salt block needs replaced to maintain water quality. Very disappointed with pool cleanliness as traveling with young children and family who always use pool. Property landscape was beautiful but direct sun is very limited, not like picture. We are a sun and pool loving family - would not choose this property again.
