This is best appointed holiday home I have stayed in over the past 20 years of holidays on the South Coast. There is ample room, three bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. There is more than enough tableware for a large group (not always the case) and even sharp kitchen knives (also a rarity!). Practicalities aside, the lakeside location meant there was a lovely view to enjoy even when the weather wasn’t the best. Emma was a gracious host, providing detailed information on the property and responding quickly when required. Would recommend.

A truly wonderful and relaxing property. The Lakehouse was extremely well equipped, an excellent kitchen. Our Family had more than enough room., and there was always plenty to occupy us all, with a games room and rumpus room. Definitely will book again.

Excellent property for family holiday in great location. Very spacious, comfortable, peaceful and quiet. Kayaks and propriety facilities for guest use are amazing . Beaches, lagoon and lake cater for a range of activities to suit all ages. Definitely will be back.

Wonderful location and fantastic facilities. The only small issue was the oven did not work properly and the dishwasher was not easy to start.

Incredible location and the house is set up fabulously with everything you could need for day to day living and activities. Nice and quiet spot and the yard was excellent for our dogs.

First impressions of front yard and entrance. ,tired and needing attention. Rusted down pipe overflowing when it rained. Old appliances , mop drying could be removed , door perishing etc. On the positive half the home is great ie , new bathrooms ,kitchen ,rear decking and location. Pantry stocked well. Lots of games etc. Cleanliness ok but some issues , being old soap with hair on it on shower. Grease in cutlery draw. Coffee pot not washed. Excessive cobwebs outside. Musty bedroom smell. Dish washer threatened to topple out , when we loaded it. Oven needs fixing. Areas inside house needs painting , excessive chipped paint , doors painting not complete. Boxes ,tiles , paintings not used lying around home. Some furniture could be replaced. Generally we felt we payed an excessive amount and felt the house was not up to the standard of the price asked. I felt the photos and all the 5 star reviews were misleading. Ie other people must have previously commented about some of these issues and those remarks have been removed. I booked according to those good reviews. All four of us felt , well ,we’ll make the best of it ,and have a good time despite the home. We should have not had to think that.

Arrived to a house so clean and spacious with big backyard for dog to run around (which she loved) Great having a Lake right in your backyard and also a plus was the pool and ping pong tables..Nice clean bathrooms and bedrooms for our few day stay and big kitchen.It just had everything , family and I had a wonderful stay..Loved all the outdoor settings and being able to lay back and enjoy the setting of the sun 💕

Generous home, with everything a family needs!

The house was great and had everything you could think of. The location was perfect with fishing, swimming, kayaking all from the backyard. Would highly recommend to anyone.Thanks!

Emma was easy to communicate from start to finish. The house itself is fantastic. Great bunks room for the kids, games room with plenty to keep you occupied if the weather isn't great, kitchen and pantry and the most well equipped of any place we've stayed, and a huge yard with lake frontage. The kids can't wait to go back. Maybe the adults too

We thought the property was well positioned, and accessible to most areas. The house offered much entertainment ie games room and backed straight on to the lake.We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again
