Bed was comfortable, unit was clean,, close to ferry. Room is smaller than photo. Lots of noise next door.

. There's a camera right above the door.at the entrance. Somewhat awkward having the owner watch you come in and out of apartment. I've traveled for many years and have never encountered this type of situation. I am over 50yrs old and I don't like being watched. Made me feel uncomfortable, what if there was a camera inside that I didn't know about????

Comfortable stay. The apartment is well located and easy to find. The building's reception team is very helpful. The host is also very responsive.

The location of this little apartment is great. Just a short walk to the middle of it all in Playa del Carmen. The arrival procedure was easy and everything worked out great. The communication with the owner is exceptional. He managed to make a little snafu on our part work out perfectly. I would recommend this little spot if you are coming to Playa and don't want to stay in the mix of the pounding music closer to downtown.

Well, the pillows on the bed could be better. Haha. But then I'm a pillow snob. :)

Clean place

DECEIVING AD! Owner will not change to current photo where there is HUGE building out the window now. No view at at all. Good luck with the washer/dryer unit. Does not dry!

Th location , a good clean modern studio with a nice balcony.

When we arrived, there was some clothes in the washing machine , and it looked messy and disorganized. There are many small nice things missing like soap, shampoo, some drinking water in the refrigerator to give welcoming or good hospitality to the guests . Also, there are no clear documents explicitly how to lock the studio door, no manuals how to use washing machine , etc available. We had to hang out our washed clothes in the bathroom and in the balcony next morning before we left. The wifi password does not explicitly say where is located on booking.com posting , it just says " taping on the computer " , to us it is not clear. There are no good blankets, the pillows are too soft.

Powerful shower, comfy bed, lovely kitchenette spotlessly clean, Mc computer available for use, and the host despite being in another country at the time of our visit was available to help when needed.

Nothing everything was absolutely perfect!

Fantastic use of space, and great to have such a large window. The top floor pool area was very tranquil.
