The accommodations were perfect! Beautifully decorated with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom, very comfy beds, immaculately clean. The location can't be beaten-- surrounded by mountains and right by a shuttle stop for Zion's National Park. The air conditioning and fans felt marvelous after a day in the sun, and our family loved the pool.

I can't think of anything I would have wanted that was not provided by this property.

The facility was spotless. Plenty of towels and dishes.

The couch was kind of small and the only other chair wasn't too comfortable either.

Spacious, high ceilings, lots of windows, liked contactless check in.

Beds too soft and sagged in the middle. Kitchen cabinets banged into appliances and each other. Space to store food in kitchen so high up required a ladder to reach. Advertised pool was unavailable. We had children in our party and would have stayed elsewhere had we been informed. Poor insulation, people upstairs could be heard just walking around and HVAC unit outside bedroom was loud turning off and on all night. Overpriced for what you get.

The property is brand new, fully (and I mean, FULLY) equipped. All the appliances are new and work perfectly. It is extremely comfortable. Location is excellent. We had a fantastic experience during our stay.

Unfortunately, the keypad to get access to the villa was running low on batteries so we had to call over the phone when we arrived. They sorted out quickly and let us in. The following morning the same problem appeared so they came and replaced the batteries. It was not a big problem, but for someone arriving late at night (during winter like we did) it could be not so nice.

The door when I opened to washing machine door mad me gag. I cleaned it out and ran a hot wash to further clean it. When I started the washer there was a sewer odor that I discovered was coming from the drain near the water heater. I resolved this by pouring water down the drain. We returned from hiking one day to the air conditioner not working. I resolved this by switching the breaker. My husband had called the property manager prior to this resolution and left a message about it. There was a response about two hours later and we were informed that someone would check on it the next morning while we planned to be hiking. I don’t know if someone did that or not but I needed to switch the breaker two more times that night and next morning because the air conditioner wasn’t working. We were also not happy about the wedding parties going on which prevented us from sleeping.

I loved the space, how equipped the kitchen was, the views through windows, the open space, the bbq and outside patio.

We loved staying here! We stayed in the Zion suite and this was the perfect location. It is right outside of the park and next to a shuttle stop that will take you to the visitor center at no cost where you can then catch the park shuttle. It was very clean and looked brand new! The kitchen was well stocked- they provided a few k-cups for the keurig and had spices and pretty much any utensils needed to make a great meal! We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying the views! The property managers were very responsive and kind when we needed something- it was an excellent experience. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

There is currently construction on a new building right outside of the bedroom window- it was a bit loud at times but it wasn’t too bad.

We stayed in the 3-bedroom and it was perfect for us. The decor is lovely, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms have full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion - you don’t need to bring any of that so it cuts down on your baggage. The location is perfect. Close to groceries, restaurants, shopping, Zion park. There are BBQ grills and outdoor furniture on all the patios so you can enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen is stocked with cooking needs. We will definitely go again.
