Great place to be in Singer Island. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The shared courtyard is well maintained and really refreshing whether passing by on the way in and out or simply hanging out for a hour. Room is clean and cute. Derek is an amazing host!

Derek, the host, is on point! He was always available, easy to reach, and very accommodating. The property is old school Florida. Like an efficiency apartment. It had everything we needed. Being on the bottom floor, there was no balcony to hang BCDs or wetsuits but there is a clothesline in the back that worked just fine, just member to bring your own gear hangers. We did not use the pool but did enjoy the garden area and had our coffee there each morning. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. Less than a mile to the Pura Vida Dive shop. We would definitely stay here again.

What an awesome place! Super clean and cozy apartment - even better than the pictures! Bed was very comfy, bathroom and kitchen had all the basics and courtyard was peaceful and perfect for morning coffee and evening wine. Derek, the property manager made everything very easy. Can’t wait to come back again very soon!

Overall, great property. Derek was very responsive and helpful. Only request would be to improve WiFi signal in bedroom, we were unable to connect to either server. Will be staying again!

The apartment has a small kitchen, but is otherwise very comfortable. The grounds and pool are nice and the beach, restaurants and shops are an easy walk.

Had a fabulous time here. Great space for a weekend getaway, so close to everything, right next to the beach. And Derek was so helpful and great through the whole process. Thank you Derek!

The apartment was very clean and everything was new, with the exception of the kitchen. The kitchen appeared larger in the pictures, but was actually very small. The pots and pans that were supplied were old, but usable. Most apartments I have stayed in in the past had at the very least, salt and pepper in their cupboards. This apt had absolutely nothing. But we were only there for a week, and we weren’t there to do cooking, so it was fine for us. The manager, Derek, was always available and always had a smile on his face! Overall, the apt was comfortable. Probably will return!

Very clean, comfortable 1br apt in quiet neighborhood just a couple of blocks from the beach. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and other things to do made for a very comfortable stay. Derek was an especially friendly / excellent host making things like check-in / out especially easy. The smallish kitchen and overall size makes it best suited for a single traveler or couple looking for a good spot to base themselves.

The unit was very clean. It is a small and intimate complex. It was stocked with bath AND beach towels. The bed linens were new. The kitchen has plates/silverware and pots/pans. TVs and ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. The landscaping was impeccable with lots of places to sit. It was well lit for sitting outside at night. The pool was very clean. There is an gas grill for your use. The is 2 blocks from restaurants and the beach! Derek was there everyday and lives next door, always available. Washer and dryer on-site for personal items but does cost. But fresh sheets and towels are available everyday but Sunday. Wi-Fi very strong.

Dereck was a wonderful, attentive host. The building is old so sound does revel between units. All in all, good value for money.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, entertainment. Found facility and apartment well maintained, bright with plenty of windows to allow sunshine and breeze throughout our apartment. Staff friendly and attentive.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Sunshine Shores Resort Apartments. Derek is a nice person who runs an efficient resort in a gem of a town at the very Southern end of Singer Island at West Palm Beach, Florida. It is nice that you can book for the exact number of days that you wish to stay, rather than any set period (week, month, etc.) We stayed a little over three weeks. It is convenient to most places on the East Coast of Southern Florida (our range on this trip was south to Miami and north to Ft. Pierce). My wife needs quiet to sleep, and while, in the final analysis, I'm sure it depends on the other guests at the time of one's stay, it was very peaceful after ten o'clock, although there were restaurants/bars open late just a short walk away. While it is an older resort, everything we needed to work did so. It is a short walk to the beach.

We loved the apartment and the location was nice. The beach is only 3 blocks down and one block off. We will be visiting again and will look into these apartments. The only thing I felt was negative is that the owner does not have his phone number on the website and he did not get in touch with me prior to leaving for our trip with details for check in, so that made me nervous. I made the call to the HomeAway group and they gave me his number and I was able to talk to Derek and make sure our property was ready. Once we got in touch with Derek all was arranged and there was no problem. I just would have appreciated a little better communication as this was our first trip with HomeAway. Once we arrived, everything was great! Thanks for a great place to stay!
