Amazing 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Newport perfect for families! Activities for kids of all ages!

Great location, clean facilities, family friendly. Only negative is the pics shown have a large tub in master room, our room did not. Overall place is awesome.

My family of 4 had a lovely stay! The location is great and the grounds were so well maintained and clean. We were there to visit Disneyland and have some fun on the beach. The shuttle to the beach was great and the kids loved the pool area at the resort! Everything was wonderful and property manager was very responsive and helpful! I highly recommend this place!

Everything about our stay was amazing! Anytime there was a hiccup the staff took care of it immediately. Only downside was our condo wasn’t ready at the time noted but a very small inconvenience.

Check in process was very easy.
There were lots of things to do near by, and also a shuttle service to local beaches and shopping centers (free service).
The kids center was nice with lots of activities to choose from.
The hot tub and pools were very nice.
All staff that we encountered were super friendly.
The property was well manicured and well taken care of.
The room had basic amenities.
The pictures of the room and property are exactly what it looked like in real life.
Our ONLY complaint was the flooding in the room due to weather. It rained the entire time we were there and the carpet in the master bedroom and living room were completely soaked. Again, no fault of the host, but weather.
We were not offered any type of compensation.
Overall, a very beautiful property and room with exceptional staff.

A wonderful venue when staying in the area visiting my Daughter at UCI. Very commodious accomadation, large with 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. Modern and up to date. Gorgeous grounds. Convenient location. Recommend highly.

This was such a beautiful resort and the accommodations were like new! The unit was very clean and the furniture was really nice! I look forward to coming back again!

Wow! This was our first time here and it won’t be our last. Activities for all, the resort is so well maintained and check in was so easy. We enjoyed the on site pools as well as the beach at Crystal Cove, which is just a 5 min shuttle drive away. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

Great place for families! All kinds of activities for kids of all ages. Property was beautiful and the villa was perfect! Property manager was easy to work with and responsive. Everything was just as advertised.

The resort was beautiful and the villas were amazing. We had plenty of room to spread out with two kids. We did not have the best view from our balcony but did have a glimpse of the ocean!

This property is beautiful and well kept. The pools are very relaxing and the family pool is great for kids. The location is great with easy access to restaurants and shops in nearby Laguna and Newport. Crystal Cove state park is just across the road and a wonderful spot to enjoy the beach.

Marriott’s Newport Coast Villas occupy a beautiful location convenient to many Orange County attractions. The grounds are beautifully kept and the villas are well lates out with many amenities available on the property. It’s a great location for kids and adults. I am looking forward to when housekeeping can be performed more regularly.

The TUSCAN VILLA DECOR on the exterior property is highly appealing, but can be misleading.
The Interior Decor of the two bedroom suites, sadly was boring, w/o color, ultra contemporary & lacked the charm of a Tuscan Villa, as we had expected a "taste of Italy". This trip was to be special & romantic, so we were disappointed on the decor of the rooms.
Our cost for our 3 week stay did not allow points to our Marriott Bonvoy card, instead, VRBO retains the fees plus all the accrued points. That policy is not acceptable for us on future trips.

Amazing property, location and views. Although we ended up with a "garden view" unit, we still had a full view of the ocean. The property itself is well kep amd units themselves have been remodeled. Very busy during our stay as it was spring break, but that was to be expected. We would definitely consider booking with Donald again.
