we really enjoyed this condo. it is right on the golf course with a beautiful view of the bay. weve done many trips to this course and this is our favorite condo. we would have given five stars but in fairness the unit needs to be refreshed. the carpets were shabby and showed old stains. overall a good cleaning and some fresh paint would go a long way. we concluded that it it is a good unit for four golf guys but our wives would not be impressed.

Reserved this property for Memorial Day. Nice view. Golf course short in view. Short drive from entertainment district then you can retreat to cozy locale. Extra happy 🤗

Family Celebration and Vacation
Great location, very beautiful view of the golf course and Laguna Vista had everything we needed and more, very nicely decorated, and will recommend to other friends and family. Pool area was also very nice, walking distance, and loved the security of the whole area. People all over the area were very friendly and very nice. We had no problems with anything at all. Maintenance person came over to fix a door handle and was very nice, quick, and thoughtful. We loved it so much we wanted to extend our time but couldn’t, so make sure to plan for more time in advance at this beautiful location. All the property information was available to us with plenty of time for our arrival to property. This house had everything we needed and was very comfortable, spacious, and will probably book again very soon.

I Really enjoyed my stay, it was a beautiful townhouse and the pool wasnt far from us at all, the access was easy and I had no issues with the place. I would definately rent this place out again..
