Amazing place. Awesome views.

The penthouse was perfect with great views and very Mexican decor that just added to the overall experience. Our host Maya was wonderful!

Stunning property and Stunning view.Maya is an exciting host. There is a hill that you have to walk up and down, so hopefully you are fairly fit...or take a taxi. Depending on what room you're in also means stairs. We were in the penthouse and had no problem at all. Yes these dogs and roosters, but you are staying in a village. We enjoyed the dogs when they were doing choir rehearsals. Its all about your attitude! We will definitely be back again!!

I am sorry to have to give this property a 3 star. We did not expect what we encountered.The pool area was lovely. However, there were not enough lounge chairs for the 8 adults and kids that were there. The listing on all of the units said no children. At the time we stayed, there were 3 young children. It also said only two units would be booked because of Covid and 4 units were booked. The owners went on vacation and left a manager in charge who did not speak English. She also lied to me about the family situation. The penthouse unit was very hot in the bedroom. No AC. The kitchen utensils were lacking and some were even rusty. Chipped plates which I cut my hand washing dishes. The TVs sound and picture were going The dogs and roosters just kept going all night. It was very loud and you have to keep the windows open to get some air and try and cool off the bedroom to sleep. The furniture was very uncomfortable. You had to keep water trickling into the shower or it stunk like sewer. However, the view was amazing. Unfortunately, we can not recommend this place.

This is simply the best vrbo i've had the pleasure to stay at. The host Maya is wonderful who welcomes you then lets you enjoy her beautiful property with the minimum interruptions. Highly recommend the penthouse which is perfectly appointed with amazing views and spaciousness. Just right for 2 persons. The only reason I gave 4 stars about location is the presence of neighborhood dogs and the ever present roosters in the morning. This is completely out of the hosts control but if complete night time quiet is a necessity for you then it may not be your thing.

My wife and I truly enjoyed staying at the Penthouse. It is perfect for two people. It was very clean and well cared for. The views of the bay were better than we could have imagined. You can literally sit on the couch and watch Whales 🐋 🐋 🐋 in the bay. The Grounds had beautiful plants and the pool was perfect after a long day of sailing ⛵️ or shopping. Maya was so helpful and kind she went out of her way to make sure we felt at home. Just book it already! We’re definitely coming back.
