Great place to stay. Clean and ready to go. Easy walking to all restaurants and parking was pretty cheap for 3 full days in nearby garage spot. If it is available, I am staying again!

What a great spot. Parking was super convenient (and free on the weekend). Great downtown spot convenient to everything. Listing was accurate. Instructions were perfect. Would stay again! Only downside (and it’s on the listing), late night revelers can be lout; the provided earplugs were used and greatly appreciated!

We stayed here for a concert at Thompson Boling Arena, the apartment is a great location and if you don’t mind a 20-30 min walk to the venue it’s walkable. There are so many great restaurants around the apartment you won’t have to go far to find a great place to eat.

Perfect place to stay and well equipped for our needs

Very nice property. Clean and stocked wit everything you need. Right in the middle of everything market square restaurants, bars, etc. Not a bad walk to UT stadiums. Would definitely stay again.

While we knew there would be some noise due to location, we were not prepared for the amount of noise that kept us awake.

We had a great time playing board games and ringing in the new year with friends. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Location is awesome. Visiting our daughter at UT, great apartment and has everything you need. The only downfall it is such a great location it can be loud but they provide ear plugs. We can't wait to book the place again. Thanks

Coming into town we stopped for lunch and realized how close we were to our apartment. The location was perfect, lots of space and easy to get in and out of. Parking was easy and we were walking distance to everything!

Excellent location and plenty of space. Also allowed our small pets making for a fantastic family weekend. The Garden will be our go to for Knoxville visits if available!

You are walking or crawling distance from the heart of the pedestrian downtown area, but so is everyone else. If you plan to be out in the bars and clubs until closing, this is definitely the spot for you, if you turn in a bit earlier, you will hear everyone else as they leave the bars and restaurants. Everything seemingly in walking distance, World Fair park, UT campus and stadium, all the little shops and restaurants are right at your doorstep.

Lots of retail, restaurants and entertainment within 1-2 minutes. Superb facility and great host!

Walkable to Neyland stadium. Plenty of options in Market Square. Nice place. We were prepared for the noise at night, but not for early Friday morning street traffic and deliveries. Saturday and Sunday mornings were fine.

We’ve stayed on Market Square multiple times before in hotels. This is definitely a much more comfortable place to stay with couples/family. Place was clean and well equipped, will definitely book again.

Nice decor, very clean, comfy beds and pillows! Couple of Suggestions…better lighting for family room, such as side lamps with end table or up light stand up lamp. Too dark at night. Include directions to leave market street and walk down wall past the sports bar Entrance from Mary place is difficult to see as it looks like part of the restaurant. Overall great stay and amazing location !

This apartment was perfect for two couples. The location couldn’t have been better. Right on Market Square, making it handy to many shops and restaurants. The apartment was squeaky clean, had a well supplied kitchen and even had a nicely filled candy dish on the island! All the comfort of home! 😊👍

Really nice apt. Well represented in listing. Super fun location. Lots of dining, etc. Easy check-in/entry.

The place was beautiful, comfortable and in sunch a fantastic location. We only stayed for 2 nights but it was really great. Access to thw building was easy and there was an elevator so no worrying about stairs each time as its on the 3rd floor. Its location cant be beat. Great restaurants and bars in the square just underneath the unit, perfect for the saturday farmers market or going out at night and not having to worry about ubering. Its a brisk but easy walk to old city and just around the corner from Gay St. Would highly recommend staying here and if i ever go back i would check this place out first.

This was a great spot to spend some time downtown Knox. Perfect for walking the square and enjoying all Knoxville has to offer. Clean, comfortable and well- supplied. Thank you!

We loved the location being right on the square and the property was very well maintained and decorated. It’s also nice that there are carts at the entrance to help you load up baggage to take to the rooms. We would definitely stay here again! Host was very responsive which is always nice! The only recommendation is to let guests know there is a second key fob in the binder by the tv. We were told there was only 1 fob. Guests definitely will want 2 with this location to the bars below.
