Dieser Bungalow ist ein Schmuckstück in der eher rauen Landschaft des kretischen Südens. Die Inneneinrichtung zeugt von Liebe zum Detail und hat eine eindeutig weibliche Handschrift. Die "Unterkunft" ist in jeder Beziehung mit allem ausgestattet was auch den anspruchsvollen Gast in vollem Umfang zufriedenstellen dürfte. Der Garten und die Poolanlage ein Traum. Die Ruhe Himmlisch bis Paradiesisch. Die Vermieter fürsorglich und auf das perfekte Wohl ihrer Gäste bedacht. Uns begrüßte ein weit über das Übliche vorausgestatteter Kühlschrank. Der Aufenthalt war von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute ein einziger Genuss. Danke Artemis und Kosta(s). Wir werden wiederkommen :-)

Das Ferienhaus von Kostas ist wirklich ein wunderbares Objekt. Es fehlt an nichts und man kann sich rundum entspannen. Der Pool ist groß und nicht einsehbar. Kostas hat uns den Kühlschrank am Anfang gefüllt, sodass wir fast die ganze Woche nichts mehr zum Frühstück kaufen mussten. Er stand immer per Telefon zur Verfügung und hat immer mal nachgefragt, wie es uns geht. Ansonsten waren wir sehr ungestört. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr versteckt neben einem Bachlauf. Man kann sehr schnell zum Meer laufen, hat dort aber nicht so einen schönen Strand. Dafür muss man ein paar Kilometer fahren. Nachts ist das Haus voll beleuchtet, was ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Auf Anfrage hat Kostas allerdings ein paar Lampen gedreht. Die nächste Taverne ist ca. 1,5 Kilometer weit weg und fußläufig erreichbar. Das beste Essen haben wir im ocean view bekommen. Man sollte wissen, dass man zwar in einem wunderbaren Ferienhaus wohnt, dass aber ansonsten nicht viel los ist. Um das Haus stehen Gewächshäuser und landschaftlich ist diese Ecke von Kreta nicht sehr empfehlenswert. Wenn man Richtung Westen fährt, gibt es tatsächlich sehr einsame Strände, aber die kleinen Ortschaften sind nicht ganz so einladend wie an anderen Ecken in Kreta. Wer aber lesen und am Pool liegen will und sich total entspannen will (vielleicht ein bisschen wandern) ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder!

Das Haus war durch die von Kostas mitgeteilten Koordinaten über Google Maps leicht zu finden. Kostas und seine Frau haben uns dort freundlich empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben noch nie bei Ankunft einen so gut gefüllten Kühlschrank (Wasser, Butter, Marmelade, Milch, viel, viel Obst und eine Flasche Wein )vorgefunden.Außerdem sehr leckere Kekse, kaffee… Der sich hinter dem Haus befindende schöne Pool hat eine gute Größe, ist bis ca. 1,50 tief und der kaum einsehbare Garten sorgt für entspannte Privatsphäre. Restaurants, oder Mini-Supermärkten sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Ein Fahrzeug sollte aber vorhanden sein, vor allem um die schönen Strände in der Umgebung zu erkunden. Das WLan im Haus könnte etwas stabiler sein - hin und wieder half ein Neustart des Routers. Hierzu gibt Kostas freundlich Hilfestellung, wenn nötig. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Villa très agréable et au calme. Les propriétaires sont particulièrement accueillants! Ils ont répondu à toutes nos questions avant et pendant notre séjour.

We spent a lovely two weeks at this villa. It was clean and very well presented inside. The pool is amazing and the garden also beautiful. Communication with the owner Kostas was perfect and easy at all times and they left a very generous welcome package of fruit, bread etc. The villa is in a very remote area, you definitely need a car. The beaches locally are beautiful, rugged and empty. Beach shoes are recommended though. The nearest supermarkets are very basic so I’d advise people to stop at a bigger supermarket to stock up before arrival at the villa. We had an amazing, relaxing time there and I would definitely recommend.

The owner Mr. Kostas - a very good man, helpful, from our arrival till the moment we left the island. Very good and quick contact, we felt safe and very well hosted. Good restaurants in house nearest area. A good base for exploring Crete. We definitely recommend this place and surely we are going to visit again.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genießen können und die folgenden Pluspunkte sind aufgefallen : - netter Empfang mit vorherigem Essen in der Taverne (Bekannter des Vermieters) - gefüllter Kühlschrank bei Ankunft - hilfsbereiter, freundlicher Vermieter, der schnell auf Fragen reagiert und uns auch bei der Mietwagensuche unterstützt hat - toller Pool, Garten, Grill und die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer ist sehr wertvoll Lediglich das kurvige Fahren zur Unterkunft und hinsichtlich Ausflüge in andere Städte war etwas anstrengend.

Das Haus liegt auf der Südseite Kretas - dort ist alles nicht so touristisch wie im Norden, dennoch gibt es dort viele kleine Dörfer und man kommt dem griechischen Leben hinsichtlich Sonne, Strand, Ruhe & Essen ein ganzes Stück näher. Das Haus ist eine Wohlfühloase, mit eigenem Großen POOL, großem Anwesen, voll klimatisiert und allen Extras die man brauch. Die Ausstattung ist besser als die gewöhnlicher Appartements oder Ferienhäuser. Der Vermieter Kostas ist rund um die Uhr erreichbar und gibt jedemenge Tips und Hilfestellungen sofern benötigt! Er hat den Urlaub nochmals abgerundet und die griechischen Gastfreundlichkeit untermauert! Wir kommen definitiv wieder, sofern Kostas einen freien SLOT hat! Reisende PAAR Kind unter 1 Jahr

Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind einfach traumhaft. Das Meer mit einem echten Traumstrand ist nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Man fühlt sich wie in einer Oase, entrückt von der Welt. Das kleine Dorf Arvi ist in 2 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und bietet alles was man braucht , zwei kleine Supermärkte und mehrere Cafés und Restaurants. Der Vermieter Kostas und seine Frau sind unglaublich nett, sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Kostas hat sofort nach der Anmietung mit uns Kontakt aufgenommen und uns per WhatsApp immer auf dem Laufenden gehalten (genaue Anfahrtbeschreibug und zahlreiche Tipps für die Umgebung). Sie haben uns einen tollen Empfang bereitet, der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit allem was man für den Einstieg braucht (Käse, Joghurt, Schinken, Butter, Milch, Marmelade, Obst, Wein, Raki und noch vieles mehr). Alles ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und für die Gäste vorbereitet. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Kostas und seine Frau.

Wer einen Ort zur Entspannung und Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Weitab von jedem touristischen Rummel befindet sich dieses kleine Paradies. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Pool das Sahnehäubchen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein einsamer Sandstrand, weitere Strände mit dem Auto (ohne Mietwagen geht es nicht) leicht erreichbar. Das verschlafene Arvi bietet eine gute Einkaufsmöglichtkeit für Lebensmittel und mehrere Tavernen, die schönste direkt am Strand. Kostas und seine Frau Artemis sind in jeder Hinsicht die perfekten Gastgeber. Bei der Ankunft findet man mehr als das Notwendigste für die ersten Tages (Kaffee, Tee, Obst, Wasser...) und auch für Tipps steht Kostas per WhatsApp zur Verfügung. Es war einfach nur schön

This villa met all our expectations, friendly approachable host, very clean and tastefully decorated. The property has all the equipment you will need and of a good quality. Kostas has ensured your privacy, it is very secure has a good sized pool and very decent WiFi for its remote location. We arrived late in the day and Kostas and his wife had provided a very comprehensive welcome pack of food and other necessities and provided details of supermarkets, restaurants etc. We were looking for a place to relax and get away from it all and we most certainly got that. We stayed for a week and were very reluctant to leave, we will be pleased to return.

La maison, le jardin, la piscine : tout est parfait, c’est un véritable îlot de verdure dans le sud aride de la Crête. Kostas et son épouse sont très accueillants, nous ont rempli le frigo et les placards pour notre arrivée de tout le nécessaire de base et même plus que le nécessaire ! Du vin, des fruits, du fromage .... Les photos sont bien représentatives, tout est propre et semble neuf. La maison est un peu isolée ce qui offre un endroit très calme à l’abri de tous les regards.

Het is een heel fijn huis met mooie grote tuin en prima zwembad. De eigenaar ontvangt je met een goed gevulde koelkast, prima service. Tijdens onze verblijfsperiode waren er wel muggen, die ook overdag staken. In Arvi zelf is weinig te beleven. In de omgeving zijn veel bananenplantages. Als je richting Keratokambos rijdt is de omgeving mooi en vrij van bananenkassen.

We had a wonderful week at Kostos’s house. From booking, he was very attentive in helping us to organise things. On arrival the house was surprisingly easy to find, even in the dark. We just followed signs from the airport towards Viannos and it’s not far from there. This side of Crete is extremely quiet, and exactly what we were looking for. Away from all of the other tourists and busy beaches etc. Kostos gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and most importantly, Listis Beach. Pure heaven!! One day we were the only people there and even on a busier day, there were only max 8 people. We found an incredible butchers in Mirtos and brought back some of his homemade sausages to cook on the house bbq. We got bored of going to restaurants that all seemed to offer pretty much the same menu. From the house you can walk between the banana plantations / farms, down to the beach and walk along as far as you like. You’ll probably not see a single person! The house was so clean on arrival and a mid week clean was also provided. We forgot our speaker and were so happy when kostos told us about his Bluetooth sound system. We read many books beside the pool. The interior design of the house is cute, very French cottage style. They’ve thought of everything and the welcome package was extremely generous. Fresh olives, preserves, wine, cheese, milk, juice, bread and lots more. Very kind. If you’re like me and get eaten alive by mosquitoes, bring a good repellent, though Kostos does provide the burning coils too for outside. Arvi itself isn’t very pretty and nothing much to see or do, apart from the supermarket. Though we did have a very good meal at the taverna furthest along the coast, over the little bridge, beside the water, one night. There wasn’t a menu. It was what his mother had cooked that day. Delicious. We would love to come back to the house. It’s a peaceful heaven, away from the hoards and no villas directly next door etc to disturb your peace. The loudest it gets is the goat and dog next door and the odd hunter. Thank you Kostos!

Das Haus ist wunderbar, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Kostas und seine Frau sind liebevolle Gastgeber und kümmern sich gut während des Aufenthalts. Sogar den Kühlschrank füllen sie für den ersten Tag. Der Pool: Großartig! Arvi ist ein verschlafenes Dorf und genau richtig für Urlauber, die Ruhe suchen - Touristen sind dort kaum. Das Dorf ist Kreta pur! Ein Auto ist unverzichtbar. Versteckte Buchten sind nicht so leicht zu erreichen, und der Weg geht immer durch Berge und Haarnadelkurven. Für uns war es dort perfekt, und wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank für alles!!!

The villa was lovely, clean, well presented and had everything we needed. Kostas was a lovely host and pointed us in the right direction for places to go. The area is very peaceful and just what we needed. Perfect.

Das ruhig gelegene Ferienhaus und der umliegenden Garten sind wunderschön, hervorragend gepflegt und sehr komfortabel. Die Vermieter sind überaus herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können dieses Objekt nur weiterempfehlen. Lediglich ein Mietwagen ist aufgrund der ruhigen und von größeren Städten weiter entfernten Lage unbedingt empfohlen.

Das Haus ist in echt genau so traumhaft schön wie auf den Bildern, ist sogar grösser als man aufgrund derer erwartet. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und in gutem Zustand. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Absolute Privatsphäre ist garantiert. Die Begrüssung ist sehr herzlich, eine Früchteschale und andere Aufmerksamkeiten erwarten einen. Kostas und seine Frau sind unglaublich hilfsbereit -und das absolut diskret, ohne jemals aufdringlich zu sein. Das Gesamtpaket ist just perfect!

Das Haus ist großartig. Einsam in Olivenhainen und Plantagen gelegen, der nächste Strand 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Eigentümer kümmert sich rührend um seine Gäste und ist fast immer für Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps per WhatsApp zu erreichen. Wir kommen wieder!

Very nice, clean property. Lovely own swimming pool. Secluded villa, village only a 30 minute walk away. The owner was very friendly & helpful. On arrival we received a wonderful hamper & a The fridge was full of fresh fruit & other things to set us up for the first day. He gave us details of beaches, walks, places to visit etc.. very helpful.

Cambiamos las paredes de papel de la cuidad, por las de piedra natural de una casa costera durante una semana. Nos gustó TODO: La casa, la ubicación, la decoración, los detalles, el jardín, la tranquilidad…la hospitalidad. La casa es tal cual como se ve en las fotos, con un jardín precioso y una piscina muy grande. Eso sí, no es un lugar muy turístico y deberías tener un coche de alquiler. Internet, TV, electrodomésticos, cocina, y suministros, todo, en la casa funcionó sin fallo. Lo otro que destaca mucho es la amabilidad y hospitalidad de Artemis y Kostas. Confirmamos totalmente, lo que otros comentaristas han escrito, la atención y el cariño de los dos es estratosférico. Han estado pendiente de nosotros desde el primer momento hasta el último y sin que hubiera ni el mínimo problema durante nuestra estancia. Gracias a Kostas y Artemis por una cena genial! Pasamos un tiempo maravilloso en vuestra casa. D&C
