Výborná poloha pro plánování výletů. Klidné prostředí s překrásným výhledem na jezero. Krásný a čistý bazén. Místa na grilování a posezení s rodinou či přáteli tak, aby se nerušilo ostatní ubytované.

Není nic co by se nám nelíbilo.

Z apartmánů byl nádherný výhled. Super parkování, přímo u ubytování. Nechtělo se nám odjíždět.

V apt v přízemí byla druhá ložnice velice skromná. Pro 4 osoby jsme dostali na 6 dnů 2 rozbalené zbytky toaletních papírů. V kuchyni žádná utěrka na nádobí. Chyběly čistící prostředky. A je to skutečně prudký kopec :-) Chybí info o místě. Trhy, lodní spojení, apod

One of the most amazing views we had from a hotel terrace. Beautiful exterior with lots of plants. Location right in front of the lake. Visiting either Sirmione or Limone is about 1 hour drive, Riva slightly less. There are several small towns in 5-10 minutes drive range, with plenty of restaurants. There's also a beach bar / restaurant in 5 minutes walking distance. There's a shared washing machine for €5 (coin operated). Sound proofing was good / no road noise heard at night. All equipment in the room worked.

In our room, the bed was not particularly comfortable, but we also had a couch so we moved there. This one was comfortable for us. Another thing that wasn't a problem for us, but can be for others: there are pretty steep stairs to climb to get to the rooms. There was no elevator to get up to the room, but it was possible to drive the car uphill to our room to load/unload.

Het zwembad was groot en schoon met ligbedden en parasols. Het appartement is gunstig gelegen als je de omgeving van het Gardameer wilt ontdekken.

Het appartement is erg gedateerd en ruikt muf. We hadden een upgrade aangeboden gekregen voor een appartement met keuken maar dat viel vies tegen. Er waren 2 kookplaatjes maar daarvan kon je er maar 1 gebruiken omdat de pannen die er waren te groot waren. Er was geen waterkoker of magnetron, slecht een koffiesetapparaat. Er is een afdruiprek maar geen spullen om de vaat te doen zoals afwasmiddel of een vaatborstel. Wij zaten er 5 nachten maar kregen geen schone handdoeken, daar moest je extra voor betalen. Het balkon biedt geen privacy, de afscheiding met de buren wordt gevormd door plantenbakken. De appartement zijn te bereiken via een hoge trap wat voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn niet te doen is. Je kunt met de auto naar boven rijden om je bagage uit te laden maar moet de auto vervolgens weer beneden aan de weg plaatsen en dus alsnog weer via de trap omhoog. De eigenaar wil hierin niet tegemoet komen terwijl de auto daar prima zou kunnen staan. Het strand bestaat uit een kleine strook kiezelstenen wat niet behoort bij de accommodatie en dus ook geen ligbedden of parasol heeft. Dit "strandje" is te bereiken door een weg over te steken. Het zwembad zou een bar hebben maar die is duidelijk al heel lang niet meer gebruikt en dient nu als opslag. Kortom, de appartementen komen waarschijnlijk toch wel vol omdat het aan het Gardameer ligt maar ze doen er weinig aan om het hun klanten naar de zin te maken.

Het uitzicht was geweldig! De accommodatie ligt centraal om te ondernemen met de auto. Het appartement was super schoon. Zoals op booking.com beschreven en de foto's waren realistisch.

Als je van de parkeerplaats omhoog loopt via de trap is inderdaad wat conditie fijn. Wij mochten boven parkeren wegens omstandigheden.

Amazing views, the balcony of our apparment was the best! Super friendly stuff, that helps you find your room when you arrive. The whole facility around the Hotel/apparments was very neat and taken good care of. Swimming pool also had a beautiful view, was very clean and just refreshing!

It‘s outdated - but that is something you can see already in the Photos that are shown here. But the room was very clean. Small kitchenette (as also shown in the photos), so bring your own spices, towles etc. from home if you plan on using it.

The pool area was really nice, clean and with a lot of space for relaxing. The pictures of the room is what you are getting, so no surprise in it being a bit old. The balcony and the view from it was just perfect.

In the room we had a few, small ants on the floor of both the bathroom and the tiles in the “Living area”. We discovered them the night of our arrival and went to the reception the morning after. They had some really affective spray, which we got, but it smelled really chemically. (We tested it on the balcony). When asking if they had anything else, because we weren't comfortable using it in the room we were sleeping (studio apartment), they said no and said we just had to kill them with water and soap. It just made the room feel a bit “not clean”.

The location is amazing so close to lake and some very cute small towns, we loved it here.

Was a bit challenging to get too if you don’t have a car but just take the train and the bus is so easy! We do wish dogs were allowed near the pool but understand why they aren’t
