great location, ski in/out

They have an enormous problem with smells. Apparently not their fault (that's what they said). A permanent sewage smell in corridors, hallways and most important: in the room. We presented a claim and they said they were going to "see what they could do". Nothing happened. Next day, after our second (and more intense) claim they offered another room. Big surprise, a totally renewed room, not even close to the previous room, and with little to no smell. Big tip here: ask for a renovated room if you still plan to stay here. Really basic breakfast, not bad, but limited. The staff in general behaves with no service attitude, always with bad faces and exhausted voice (there were exceptions).

The location of the hotelis very good for ski, just 10 meters from the slope. The staff is quite polite. the reception style decoration is quite interesting with very old pieces of furniture and mountain challet

Breakfast is quite reduced in options and the totaly lack of any fresh vegetables is annoying and unusualy. The rooms are quite small and a minimum hanger for ski clothings are missing. WC room does not have a washbasin!! Hotel spa is hilarious with main sauna not working, water pool not clean and jacuzzi not prepared.

everything was above my expectations. The location was great (probably awesome in winter). Plenty of facilities for everyone to benefit from.

nearby still places under development. it has nothing to do with the hotel or its facilities, as it is not interfering in any sort. Yet visiting by foot you still see these buildings nearby under construction / development.

Very friendly people. Always helpfull, showed us the best hiking pads, restaurants,.. always with a big smile. They made is feel at home on vacation and that I mean in good way!

The room was lovely with a balcony which was a nice surprise. It was comfy. Breakfast was nice. Staff were lovely.

The toilet light was by a sensor so any movement would turn on the light constantly throughout the night. We had to shut the door fully but the door was very loud to open so if somebody used the toilet during the night there was a loud creak to open the door and then the light would come on by sensor whereas usually we would not turn the light on during the night to use the toilet as it wakes the other person. Also we had booked a room with a picture of a spa style bath but there was only a shower in our room which was a little disappointing. Would have been nice to have some tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

think we had the worst room, in the basement next to the garage, but it was fine. Also mixed messages on how to book the restaurant.

The hotel is brilliantly located for access to the ski lift (less than a minute walk from door to lift).. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained and charming - having everything you could need. The pool was great (and bigger than expected). The breakfast was generous with a huge range of options and the evening meals were delicious. Above all, the hotel staff were professional, friendly and went out of their way to make us feel very welcome. A thoroughly enjoyable experience which made for a great holiday.

We had a great stay at LLop Gris! It was very clean, a beautiful layout and design, and the staff were very friendly & efficient. We had a slight finance issue and Javier went above and beyond to rectify. I would highly recommend this hotel; it comes with a family feel & you are very much taken care of. 

the only avantage of this hotel is its location. It is literally 2 steps from the end of slope.

the staff was rude and unprofessional. parking that were were trying to book 2 weeks before, was full upon arrival. there were no wifi during all 5 days of our stay. also there was no water during the first night, luckily the problem was solved until the morning, but the staff did not even propose bottles of water, we needed to ask it ourselves. staff on reception did not give us the plan of the slopes, however we found it ourselves downstairs at the lockers. we’ve booked New Year’s Eve dinner and the staff did not want to give us the key on the room upon arrival until we confirm our booking while we did not yet take out our ski equipment. the dinner itself was ok, but the service very slow. breakfasts are ok but not a lot of choice for the 4 star hotel. during the check out the receptionist gave us the receipt with double price and reduced to check it until we called for a manager again. the hotel is very old with tiny rooms, really needs renovation and change of the reception team.
