The staff, the housekeeper, were extremely friendly.

Very old building small room. To old town 10 minutes walk. Breakfast is OK but crowed.

Everything was amazing, Location is close to the center and the staff were helpful and supportive.
I believe breakfast could be better as it was limited with 4-5 items only not as all 5 stars hotels
I really enjoyed in this hotel it was cozy and vintage hotel
Once check out i was surprised that receptionist asked me for 29 Euro for parking and unfortunately no one informed me once checked in that it’s paid parking as I could find somewhere else cheaper than this price but after explained to him he was a generous and didn’t charge me i really appreciated that

Well equipped, comfortable, good location, very good breakfast. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, especially man at the front door.
Parking entrance quite narrow, for that price, room was a bit small.

everything… It was pure old-style elegance. The rooms are spotless, the beds extremely comfortable, nice towels, slippers and a bathrobe, as well as little amenities like shower kits, shoe polish cloths, etc. The location was excellent, not far from the public transportation and not far from the old city, but very quiet. There were staff to help us with everything. They were quite professional. And we got a free breakfast along with it which was absolutely amazing… A huge buffet with everything labeled, local foods and international: the biggest variety and amount of food we had had on our trip. Easy check in, and key cards.

The location is superb, in the city center, but on a quiet street. Nice room, comfy beds, friendly recepcionist who checked us in.
No hair conditioner in the bathroom. (Only available upon request at an additional cost).

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff - nothing was any trouble. It is clear that the hotel is run very professionally and everyone is proud to be there. Excellent bathroom with everything thought of and very good value for money

Marrol's was so far above our expectations that it is really hard to describe. For a small boutique hotel, the facility and service were on par or better than many of the finest hotels. The closest I've come previously was a stay at Gleneagles back in the '80s. Nothing else had the same impact.
The fact that we only booked one night there. I wish I had spent less time in Prague and more time in Bratislava, and I thought Prague was wonderful.
