Tolle Lage direkt am See. Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick. Vielseitiges und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Der Schrank in meinem Zimmer machte leider einen schäbigen Eindruck. DZ zur Einzelnutzung finde ich zu teuer, da das Frühstück auch nicht inkl. war.

Perfect view of the lake, very quiet and nice room

hotel tres bien situé, au bord du lac, pas loin d'un parking et en plus une borne de recharge pour VE (22kWh) juste devant la porte de l'hotel (ou sur le parking pas loin). Accueil très agréable avec toutes les explications nécessaires. Coté restaurant, excellents fillets de perches, grand bravo !

La chambre nous a extrèment déçue : lit moins large que prévu dans une chambre étroite visiblement prévue pour un lit 1 personne et qui a été "transformée" pour 2 ; sous les rempants et se lever la nuit quand on est coté mur extérieur sans se cogner presque impossible ; impossible de lire au lit car pas de lumière sur tête de lit ! Coté restaurant, je vous rappel qu'une Coupe "Dannemark", c'est simplement de la glace vanille, avec une bonne chantilly faite maison et du chocolat chaud fondu dans une tasse à part qu'on verse dessus, et non un coulis de chocolat froid industriel au fond de la coupe, de la glace vanille aec une chantilly industrielle qui sort d'une bombe et qui s'éffondre en 5 secondes....LAMENTABLE !!!!

Wifi does not work, this is not acceptable given it is 2024 and the high cost of the stay Coffee only available in the corridor No bathroom amenities No person at reception at 6h30am as stated by staff night prior to check out Dim lighting in the room, not all electricity worked

Je suis un fidèle car je trouve le personnel très attentionné et toujours sympathique. Venant de la région jurassienne, la proximité du lac est unique.

La situation, le cadre, le confort

Location on the lake was good. Property had an elevator. They stored our luggage when we arrived earlier than checkin time.

The room was clearly designed as a single(the bed head for a single bed was still fixed on the wall). This would be the smallest room we have ever occupied- the expression “not enough room to swing a cat” comes to mind. Unfortunately the price did not reflect the size of room 226.

Location was truly what i pictured it would be, a thumbs up to that.👍 Always had throughout, most of my travels in this category..looking for peace, tranqulity and commune with nature..and this is one of the places!!!

Let me see...understandably & upon my check in, guests were notified of the air conditioning system is busted?! What i did not understand was the room was provided with portable aircondition system. The funny thing about it is the exhaust pipe, which should be draining the warm air was also kept inside the room. So I believe you can imagine how it was the tug of war between cold & warm air within the room premises!👎 Secondly, the room i booked was with complete amenities for this category. Superior Double room with Balcony & Lake View...however the room was not provided with Ref for cool drinks to store!!!??? I even ask the lady at the reception and i was given a plain answer in her own words " this room does not provide one!" hmmm!!?? Did not want to make a fuzz of it, since i was a bit exhausted when i arrive at the hotel and just wanted to take a rest. Understandably, i expected some other options to be offered by her though, in behalf of the hotel. Lastly ..theres no selection of tv cable program as well which is very minimal to point that you hardly would not consider to look for one. T'was a dissapointment. ☹️ Since I took this note the day we checked out and i made mention this with the lady at the reception. However, out of all these not so nice experiences and there are always second chances i believe. I would still recommend this hotel.

Well located hotel, just by the lake. The room was decent, everything you need for a short stay. Staff was friendly and competent.

The view was the only downside as the window was just facing the wall of another building. Although it did have a nice painting.

The room was too small and had some lighting problems as well as no suitcase holders so I had to leave my suitcases on the floor but everything apart for the room was fixed during my stay.

Astonishing view of the beach. Quiet and peace, but the room is unexpectedly small.

Food

Room was very clean and had an amazing view of Lake Geneva. The hotel is right on the lake shore in a quiet village a short hop into Lausanne. Staff were exceptionally friendly and keen to help.

Amazing place and view

The location , staff friendly . Hotel was clean and well maintained . It had a very relaxed feel to it . Organised for late check in .

The room was advertised has having a large double bed . Sadly I don’t think it was even a double . Also the room was tiny it was advertised as being 18 m2 . That measurement included the bathroom . The room was very cramped. I would stay at hotel again but be very cautious of room selection . It appeared only 2 rooms where so small in the property

Dinner was excellent.

The breakfast buffet fell a bit short.

Staff were very friendly and location is stunning.

The location is wonderful. we had a room with a balcony. we had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. the staff were amazing. thank you Nur, at desk, for the key fobs

The pillows were terrible. huge and soft.
