Perfect location, although no immediate parking, except part of week-end when it is free. Room was spacious enough, with good lighting., especially at bedside. Breakfast was good. I appreciated the lift and the all night opening. The staff was very pleasant. It was good there was tea/coffee facilities, although i did not have time to use them...

The shower in the bath had no liquid soap, Its was dangerous for an older person because of lack of holding rail. I did not have a bath but I am not sure the plug would have kept the water in. same with hand -basin. The bin lid was broken and the bathroom a litlle bit shaby...

Breakfast on the poor side, machine coffee. Unable to check in early (1400). The hotel is poorly signed in the street and I walked too far looking for it Hotel pricey compared to others on my trip, but probably normal for Orleans.

The rooms are big and clean. Location is perfect. Friendly and accommodating staffs.

Noisy wood floors and thin walls. I could here the room above walking and showering.

Just in front of the train station, and 5min walking to the city center. Everything was clean and the staff was really friendly

We have stayed here several times before and enjoyed our stay. However, this year it was a completely different experience. The hotel is under new management and the level of service has gone down hill. We stayed as a stop over on our way to and from the South of France. We booked a triple and double room for five people but were only provided with two doubles. On our return journey we arrived to be told the hotel was closed due to a gas leak and were put up in an alternative hotel and once again only given two double rooms. We were not informed prior to our arrival. The alternative hotel was not of the same standard. There was no apology. No reimbursement was provided, despite not receiving the rooms we booked. Definitely wouldn't recommend staying here.
