Das Essen ist völlig überteuert. Preis Leistung stimmen überhaupt nicht. Das geschnittene Tischbrot ist hart und die Speisen leider schlecht zubereitet. Auch die Atmosphäre im Restaurant stimmt nicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zweitklassig. Abgestandener Fruchtsalat und gumige Brötchen. Nicht einmal frisch gepresste Fruchtsäfte.

So we arrived and checked in to a room with a garden view. This room was clean, pleasant but felt just like every other premium hotel experience. There is nothing special about these rooms and I would recommend you upgrade to a balcony (lake / sea view) room. We went straight back to reception and upgraded. The sea view rooms are bigger with a large balcony which was impressive, the views however are amazing. The spa is lovely and the food in the restaurant for the half board was good.

The swimming pool / spa could do with a refurb. A lot of tiles were loose or missing. Some of the buttons to activate bubbles were broken.

The place is very quiet, the pools are nice, a great place to relax (especially if you are on a strict diet)

I went to relax and left stressed because there was no normal food, only lactose-free/gluten-free/vegan/organic/fair trade/bio options. The only normal option was the burger that had no taste at all (47 francs). I ordered a Catalan cream that tasted like a wall. I have never paid so much for such bad food. The restaurant is horrible, from breakfast to dinner. Luckily and thanks to Google, we found a hotel/restaurant Cacciotori nearby that saved me from starving to death during those days.

I was there at its opening many years back. Nothing has been done since. I used to love this place. Now it’s just very sad.

The location was amazing! The view at breakfast made it a dream. Loved the spa, the food was perfect too!

It is very easy to see why this is a sought after location and property for a get-away The drive up from the bottom of the mountain to the hotel is as scenic as it gets If you're into your cars/racing, you'll be greeted with corkscrews and hairpins We upgraded to a room with a balcony and the views were nothing short of breath taking and astonishing The transition between the rooms was smooth and hands-free The amenities at the hotel are absolutely immaculate - spa, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and numerous other features in the spa, spacious, were hygienic, clean and well kept The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, they greeted us on every occasion, recommended local attractions and shops The property/hotel/rooms are super clean Atmosphere and ambience of the hotel is lovely and peaceful throughout the day

Slightly on the pricey side, but understandable! Menu at the restaurant is a little limited, would be nice to have more options for veg/pescatarians Room service is limited with charges for any requests, such as additional bottles of water/towels etc There was some construction work going on nearby the hotel that made it a little noisy during the day, but not an issue overall
