Es war gemütlich ich fühl mich wohl in diesem Hotel. Falls ein Wunsch geäußert wird versucht das Personal diesen zu erfüllen.

Lage war sehr gut, Bahnhof gut fußläufig zu erreichen, Personal war sehr freundlich, Check-in ging auch relativ spät noch, Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich.

Es war nachts leider laut, weil sich in der Nähe ein Club o.Ä. befindet. Ich musste mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen. Außerdem drang durch das Fenster auch durch die Vorhänge nachts viel Licht. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn sich im Schrank eine zusätzliche Decke befunden hätte, es war nachts doch etwas kühl.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel is right in the city center and everything is accessible, the room was clean, breakfast included plenty of options.

The TV did not work, Wi-Fi quality was atrocious, blanket was thin and barely covering for a grown body, no card system - huge key-chain to take with you when out.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. At my stay, they clearly exceeded what I expected.

The location is very central next to the main station. One should be aware that Hannover's main station is a place that hosts a lot of beggars, homeless people and drug users.
