Від час нашого проживання проводився ремонт на балконі,та не було змогли вийти туди.А там був неперевершений вигляд з нього.Це трохи засмутило.

Location is close to hallstat. Free Car park in front apartment. Self check in is easy.

Door is manual key & a bit difficult to open the door

Great location. Close to restaurants and the ferry. Clean. Easy Check-In, friendly staff.

Poor security. The rooms have the large (old fashioned) keys from decades ago. There was no key issued for the main building entrance because it remained unlocked overnight. Walls and ceilings not insulated from sound. We heard loud conversations from the stairwell, and our neighbor as they locked and unlocked their door, as well as conversations next door and upstairs. The bathroom vent was too loud to use. The shower head holder was broken, and hung at approximately 1,50 meter (4,5 foot). We heard the vent in other rooms as well, uncomfortably loud. Other small maintenance issues were neglected.

Very close to ferry station to Hallstatt. Huge apartment with extra room as the kitchen (self-service, so you need to wash and put the dishes back on your own). No elevator so prepare to walk upstairs with your luggage.

Bit old, kitchen door has upside down key hole and handle. Right in front of train station, so could be noisy.

Excellent location, quiet rooms, easy parking nearby.

The location is good. It is close to the main road and it has free parking in front, which is a huge plus in Austria.

The bathroom could be better. It is large sized, but the incluned celling makes it a bit weird. Also, the door hitting the sink was quite annoying (but this is a bit of nit picking, it was perfectly functional).

The staff was very friendly and helped with the information. The location is very good (walkable distance from Obertraun railway station).

Property lacks a lift and hence difficult to carry heavy luggage to higher floors. There are no other amenities in the property and rooms are just sufficient for a family of 3+. The floors were creaking and that was uncomfortable. Also my room did not have kitchen stove and only toaster (looked very old and used)/water heater was provided. The staff was not reachable after 7 in the number shared.

The proximity to transportation (the apartment was located near the train station and was easy to find).

Despite the amount to be paid for breakfast, options available were very limited, especially for people who do not eat pork or beef. Pillows and the sofa bed were very uncomfortable. Bath soap was available only for 2 adults.

Location is perfect! Just next to train and bus stop, and just few steps to the lake. And it is just few minutes by bus to Hallstatt. The room is perfect for us, clean and we are able to cook. Self check in is also not that complicated.

Room was quite cramped. Thin walls so could hear a lot of other guests.

The view was great

The bed was excessively noisy and the next door people were singing till nearly 12pm. Handing my key back to the guy in the morning was awkward as he was grumpy and didn't say a thing 😐 awful service response. Bathroom was tiny for a 6'4 person and the photos made it out like it was big so it was mega deceiving

I asked for parking permit 1 day before our arrival and it was the card was waiting for us. We arrived earlier and still the room was ready. The bed for babies was there on our request. Very customer oriented personnel.

Expected tea bags to make ourselves tea in the evening.
