Saját partszakasz, nagy wellneszrészleg, kinti és benti medencékkel, bőséges szolgáltatással. Finom változatos reggeli és vacsora. Kedves személyzet az étteremben, és a recepción. Jó elhelyezkedés, és egyszerű parkolás.

Egy másik, nagyobb szobát kaptunk érkezéskor, mert a sajátunk nem volt kész délután 3-kor. A szobába belépve tapasztaltuk, hogy a cserébe kapott szoba sem volt kész, rendetlenség volt, nem volt takarítva, és feltöltve. Egy alkalmazott járt éppen arra, jeleztük neki, intézkedett. Sajnos a szoba takarítása, és feltöltése a további napokban sem ment a személyzetnek, mindösszesen egy alkalommal sikerült önmaguktól WC papírt hozni, és elvinni a koszos törölközőket a négy éjszaka alatt amit ott töltöttünk. WC papírért a harmadik nap többször szóltunk, mire végre adtak két tekercset. A szoba szép volt, de a fürdő lelakott, a plafonon ázásnyomok és pergett le a festék, a kád sarkainál tömítéseknél pergett fel a szilikon, és gombás volt. Egy négy csillagos szállodában azért többet várna az ember, minthogy a vendégnek kelljen rohannia a WC papír után, és akkor a takarításról, és a fürdő állapotáról ne is beszéljünk. Négy csillagos ár, három csillagos szobáért. Önmagában a nagyobb szoba egyébként semmi pluszt nem ad, legalább egy kis kanapé elfért volna pl.

The price/performance ratio is very poor, check in at 14:00 and check out at 10:00. There is no access to the swimming pool after check-out.

Staff, staff, staff. 500 Euro was stolen from my room, they did not want to confirm that my car is at their parking so I had to run away from the place as it could be stolen too. The service quality at reception is low, I asked them to manage the problem with stolen money with the cleaning service because I wanted the hotel and staff to avoid problems with police and it was me to ask many times at reception and send mails without response! The food in restaurant is horrible, fat and monotonous. I wonder about standards of managing this place. Bad experience

indoor and outdoor pool, playground for children, stuff was really friendly

the indoor pool area needs an upgrade, lots of the tiles are missing food is really poor… not on a 4* level overpriced for what you get

Very central location. Main hotel areas are very modern and recently refurbished. Spa is amazing with multiple saunas and pools of different temperatures. There is a nice private beach too. Breakfast and dinner have limited offer, but are relatively healthy compared to rest around Balaton - though it would be nice to have few more healthy salads or similar options.

The heating & AC system in my room was broken, the staff knew about it and did nothing, so basically there was strong heating constantly on in my room. WiFi around the pool has poor signal and often disconnects. There were not even basic drinks included for dinner, not even water. While the general areas are refurbished, there are lots of side areas that are a mess, with displaced old items lying around. I think for this cost and rating, it should not be the case. The stuff constantly speaks in Hungarian even after hearing I'm clearly a foreigner (but, they were overall friendly).

Location is Good, the wellness are is very Good

the Staff is completly unfriendly to foreigners. They don’t speak a single word of english and none of them make any effort to understand us. Worst than that, as they were having a congress, they simply ignore the guests!!!

In the lobby and in room was 19 C degrees( November ).Poor dinner.The receptionist in wellness don't change the towels. Take the check-out 47 minutes!!!!!
