Big hotel for the facilities, ants in the room and insect found in the sheets.

The room was nice. I would totally recommend going for the half board. The dinners with these guys were 10/10. For me, it was one of the best buffets I went to. The location and the pool is also nice. We also liked the indoor pool, as it rained one day while we stayed there. The staff is really nice. The view from the hotel is amazing.

When we arrived, the room wasn't ready at check in time. It took them 30 more minutes to clean. I believe this was because the previous guest stayed longer, but this is just a wild guess. Although not their fault, one night we couldn't sleep because of the festivities in Cala Vincent that are organized in front of the hotel. Be aware this may also happen for you.

Our accommodation was absolutely perfect. Starting with the privileged location of the hotel, new facilities, spacious and very clean rooms, breakfast and other exquisite meals. Highlight for the entire hotel staff, with differentiated service to guests, especially to Mrs. Francesca and Mr. Nuno, who took care of every detail to make our stay unforgettable, since our arrival at the hotel. We will return and strongly recommend Grupotel Molins.

Increíble hotel. Queda en una de las calas más bonitas de Mallorca. Tiene piscina con bar/restorán que atienden ahí mismo. Desayuno increíble. Personal muy amable.

El SPA cierra muy temprano. Hay estacionamiento público cerca, que es el mismo de la playa y se llena. Sin embargo, se pueden dejar las llaves al personal del hotel y ellos lo estacionan

leider ist der pool nicht so toll, hier würde sich ein infinity pool empfehlen. nicht schön in einer vertiefung zu schwimmen.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, destaco o Nuno que é extremamente dedicado aos clientes e que faz de tudo para que a estadia seja inesquecível. A localização do hotel é fantástica, a voltar certamente.

An amazing hotel! My family and I had a wonderful holiday here. The staff are what makes the place so exceptional. They are so professional and friendly and super helpful!  The pool is lovely with great views of the beach. We came at the very start of June and you could always get a lounge chair by the pool. The food at the bar by the pool was also very good. You definitely need a car here as there is almost no local restaurants for shops.

The gym is extremely outdated for a five star hotel!! More what I would expect at a 3 star place.
