I like the view and the convenience of the pool outside our room. the service is far from 5 star.

we had a villa and private pool which was magnificent! beds very comfortable and property clean

villa requires a van pickup since the road is extremely steep. We love to walk but were not able to at the top of the hill.

everything, the setting, the look, the people, it was phenomenal. we were so well taken care of, the staff went above and beyond and anticipated our needs. i cannot recommend this hotel enough. they have a shuttle taking you to mykonos town. so clean and well taken care of. 10/10 would recommend

Breakfast had very poor choices, rooms were dusty, towels grey color and smelly ( seems like over used), very bad bathroom amenities, not even basic things are offered.

Nice pool, beautiful view

A bit dirty, restaurant is overpriced, far way from the city, and the shuttle bus, charged us 30 euros to leave us at the new port, but it was on the way to the city which was free!

Amazing hotel with interesting composition and enough privacy in silent but interesting part of Mykonos, for me best choice on Mykonos if you rent a car

The property is in a good location with beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding mountains/hills. The description says beachfront hotel but it does not have direct access to the beach. You need to cross the road to reach a very rocky beach that is not good for sun bathing or swimming.

Housekeeping is either not trained well or under staffed because the room was not clean. The floors were found dirty every day, used towels were taken but not replaced on numerous occasions. Dirty glasses and cups were not replaced with clean ones. Coffee and tea were not replenished and empty sachets were just left in the room. Toiletries in the bathroom was not checked and replaced as it was used. This resulted in numerous calls to reception which was just annoying. The first two mornings at breakfast I requested well done/turned over fried eggs as all the eggs in the buffet was sunny side up. The first morning I was told it’s not possible to make well done eggs and the second morning I was told there would be an additional charge for well done eggs. This left me quite frustrated. I did however find a helpful waitress that resolved this problem and made sure that we received well done/turned over fried eggs.

The place and the pool

Hotel of an excellent standard but unfortunately the service is under all criticism. I complained on arrival that there was no wifi in the room and it took them 24 hours to get a technician to replace part and that was only after countless inquiries including a conversation with the manager. I asked at the bar for some milk for the room I was charged 2 euros to remind you I paid over 430 euros per night. In the dining room I asked for some milk for coffee I was told I should take myself from the bar this is not the expectation from a five star hotel very disappointed

Shuttle bus provided to go into Mykonos Town, staff were amazing, went above and beyond every time. The hotel offered some amazing views especially from the Pool/ Bar area. Everything was very clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay, we were upgradad to the sea view suite with fantastic terrasse. The room was clean, the terrasse - excellent for watching sunsets. I was impressed by the quality of cocktails in the bar, may be the best we tried in Mykonos. The place is not in the city, so its very quiet and privat territory. No beach for swimming, but the area around the pool is cozy. Wild waters - We saw a sea lion hunting for a fish! There is a track for trail running - uphill to reach light house, not so many cars on the road and no barking dogs. Special thanks to Tatiana, who was working on the reception, was so friendly, polite and helpful. She made our stay very special.

I had a fab time at San Marco. Stunning views, great breakfast and wonderful services - particularly the free shuttle running into the town which was a godsend! The staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly Tatiana who made my trip!

The best feature was the transfer that was included from the hotel to the city and return. The pool was amazing and I loved the sea water. The food was very good. The staff was well trained and very attentive to us. The breakfast was good and had many options. There were different dishes for breakfast which provided some variety for the long stay. The reception team was really good and helped with booking a few places for dinner and drinks.

There is nothing to do around the property. And there is no walking path to access other areas. You depend on transportation. Also, the toilet door is very strange, not closing perfectly (the design is meant to be this way) so there is little privacy.
