Localização vista da ponte hercilio Luz

Hotel precário antigo. Ar condicionado estragado. Elevador não funcionava. Roupa de cama com mancha. Paredes com mofo e cascas de tinta caindo das paredes do quarto. Secador de cabelo dando curto. TV pré histórica e diIam no anúncio ter tv a cabo, porém dificilmente funcionava. Pegamos o quarto vip que era o mais cara e mesmo assim foi decepcionante. Tudo apertado. Barulho a noite toda vindo do quarto de cima.

El hotel muy cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado

El personal de recepción sin paciencia para comunicarse con personas que no hablan portugués.

La mejor atencion que recibí en muchísimos años de viajar. El personal siempre bien predispuesto sin invadir. Cualquier inquietud siempre fue resuelta con una amplia sonrisa

Tiene una linda vista, cuenta con desayuno incluido y estacionamiento. Personal de la recepción es amable.

Frente a carretera muy transitada, el ruido no permite descansar. Elevador es muy pequeño y antiguo. Instalaciones se notan descuidadas, el servicio del restaurante es lento. No usamos la piscina, porque se nota la falta de limpieza.

Cama confortável

Hotel extremamente velho, elevador sujo e muito antigo, muita sujeira em todo o hotel, estacionamento péssimo. Enfim não recomendo pelo valor cobrado. Acho que é o pior hotel da rede.

Al chequearme, mi reserva era por 2 habitaciones triples para 4 personas e intentaron ubicarme en una triple mas una single.

The room is large, good bed and pillows, clean and clear. The breakfast is very good, with variety of fruits, cakes and bread. I will return next time.

The check in took a bit longer than expected Although it was not a concern, the noise from the near by express way could be lower with better insulation.

the staff didn't help me recovering my cellphone charger that I forgot at my room when I left. I called and registered a message on booming.com but didn't received any response about it.

I loved the breakfast and the room was very clean.

The staff was nice. However someone knocked on my door and didn't wait for me to open the door. this staff member opened the door when I was getting ready without giving me the chance to go to the door and open it. I felt very embarrassed and felt that I didn't have privacy. This person came in just to check what was consumed from the fridge and it was 10:45am and the check out was only at 12pm. Why would someone get into the room if the booking was not completed? This makes no sense at all. Anyways, hope the hotel management team improves it so they can continue to attract more tourists, otherwise people are gonna start choosing other options. And the wifi was terrible, I needed to reconnect it a lot of times.

Excellent! Nothing negative to say! Breakfast was good. big rooms with view and cordial people. Hotel in the center of florianópolis,easy location. I could stay there again without problems. Not luxury,just the basic but still nice!

Hotel has a nice view to Hercílio Luz bridge. Room was okay but not very clean. Breakfast was good.

Windows in the balcony didn't close and air-conditioning system was a bit old and noisy. On a summer day, it was not enough to cool the room. Staff at the reception was not there when we arrived and it took some time to show up.
